Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered two pizzas and a crazy bread combo, i waited in line to pickup my order, when the cashier asked what the order was he told me wait. I waited one hour, during this hour I would ask the cashier how long it will be but instead of replying to me he raised his voice while taking other orders so my voice was never heard, the manager was called, the manager helped with the issue after an hour of waiting and being ignored, supposedly they didnt have bread sticks so i had to wait for it to be made, tell me how while I was waiting the cashier was giving other customers their food, and the breadsticks that i waited an hour for, and the food was cold so it must have been sitting there for a while. Manager did good, he got me my food, it was who ever the cashier was that sucks, my food was ready and he didnt give it to me till an hour later

Their Pizza there is very good but ordering pizza from here they've been slacking lately my pizza that I ordered was half cooked one side was cooked the other side was doughy it wasn't cooked my daughter had to put it in the toaster oven so the crust could cook more I hope they see these reviews I've seen other reviews saying that their Pizza is undercooked also I'm hoping they do reach out and send out some sort of percentage off or free breadsticks or something for not making the pizza right making our orders not right

they need too learn how too talk too costumers if i want my pizza fresh means fresh im paying for it is not free either u burn it or is not cook right seriously u dont like u job dont work there that job not for u learn manners and respect if u want respect who is on charge why u guys u don’t care about reviews

I ordered 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread. All 3 were burnt and dry and cold. I went back to get a refund and the manager had me waiting for another 20 minutes just to give me a refund. When she finally came she was rude too!

They got the pizza pizza when ya need it. They got the best pies in town. Cheap easy crazy crazy. Stay safe out there.

Honestly we usually have very good pizza from here, but tonight they must have had someone new or something gone wrong as all pizzas were undercooked, super doughy and just flimsy. Not what you expect or want from a pizza. Very disappointed.

Received 1 of 3 pizzas and a 2 liter Pepsi, which I can't even drink, instead of a Diet Pepsi. Buyer beware, closely look at the DoorDash receipt since they didn't want to give me full refund for the Pepsi through their automated app and had to call customer service. Overall 0/5 since I've been eating my 1 pizza with the fam while on the phone trying to get some meaningless change back, thanks mostly to a careless store.

Went last night, used the online portal to order and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 min later, the entryway was full of people, was told they're out of sausage and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Waited an additional 30 minutes, 1 hour total now, got back in line, was told I'd have to wait an additional hour or I could cancel the order. I told the cashier it's ridiculous to wait for 2 hours for something that is stated to be ready in 30 minutes and asked if they could throw in some free wings or compensate me for my time somehow. She argued with me about how it was beyond their control and they wouldn't be giving anything free away, and got a little more confrontational. Order finally was ready about 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Not so much as a "we're sorry" or anything. I get it was a busy night, but don't tell customers to be there in 30 minutes for a completed order, and then take nearly 4 times the length of time. If I was told a 2 hour wait initially, I wouldn't have liked it, but I wouldn't have had to stand around for 90 minutes and hear everyone in the lobby that was just as aggravated about you guys running out of sausage because someone messed up on ordering inventory day or hearing from several people about their extended wait times and how they've been in and out of the store 6 times. All that extra aggravation isn't needed. You could have offered a free 2-liter or a few dollars off to help make people feel like they were getting a little something for all there wasted time - that's how good business is done! This was a horrible experience!

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, no where to sit, nothing to do. Wait was nearly 2 hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very busy area with lots of auto traffic, but accessible.

Did not get what I ordered and they won’t answer the phone! Good news is you are not out a lot of money because you are too lazy to put a frozen pizza in the oven. It was fun, kind of, like a mystery pizza you order what you want and when you get home it’s not what you ordered! No worries Little Caesars doesn’t give an F because they won’t even answer the phone! Keep your expectations low my friends that way you won’t be too disappointed with Little Caesars! Oh, and by the way, I just checked the other Google reviews for this establishment and now I don’t feel too bad, apparently many others have had their expectations crushed!
