Literally terrible Non English speakers should not be managers , like I'm bilingual its fine but the place was communication chaos. Like really really really really bad. I know everyone trying their best just truly cannot believe how terrible the service is and how clueless almost all of the employees are. Truly clueless. Sad. But then again I'm the one eating at McDonald's lol

Ordered 3 10 piece nuggets and a fee other items meals I didn't get my frys did not get a recipe spent 40 bucks did not get a recipe. I hope mcdonalds goes out of business first time going back in a few months and I am reminded why I stopped going. They said I can drive back and get the frys while all the rest of my food gets cold.

Like others have said, the food is ok but the service is terrible. They’ll have a fully staffed crew and it will still take them 10 minutes to give you a burger, fries, and a drink. You won’t be lovin it once you realize you’ve been sitting at the drive through over half an hour…

The food was really good and we got our food in under 3 minutes and the atmosphere of the place was overall a really nice and cozy place to be.

Came through the drive through around 3:30 left at 4:15 I ordered online before I arrived and waited 10-15 minutes in the Thorntons parking lot to give them some time to prepare the order, when I arrived they had me waiting for drinks and gave me everything after a long wait except for my spicy mcrispy, the worker “Rigo” said can you pull up to the yellow line and after 20 minutes of nothing and the drive through had nobody in it , We went back around the drive through and said hey I think you forgot my mcrispy, after a 5 minute silence he said okay you can pull up then , finally got my sandwich but it was plain, ok, didn’t care was just mad that this guy noticeably was playing with my time and acting a fool, hope yall cut his hours.

Employees are ALWAYS so rude. There is a thin hispanic lady w copper/orange hair that always has a terrible attitude, and also another light skin hispanic lady with curly black hair that I think does the coffee drinks that also always gives terrible service and attitude. Pls ck the cameras for drive thru 7/11 10:03-10:10am, the ladies at the pick up window and coffee machines are who Im talking about…. i always leave this place w a bad experience. Will start driving to gurnee or lake villa mcds instead.

Food is fine but they always forget something. My girl is pregnant and all she wanted was her food and they didn’t give me what I asked for. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time I go there. Just give me what i order

This location is always taking forever on the orders. I always end up having to walk inside for my food bc most often then not my order is missing an item. Employees seem bored and are just standing instead of helping the customers or helping getting orders done. They rely too much on the ordering monitors instead of helping during peak times. I hate this location. Managers are no help either, always with a dont care attitude. Smh
