The hot orange choice is back! I’ve never had it, looked good so wanted to try it. Nothing else looked that great to me. The girl behind the counter tells me, “we don’t do samples anymore” so I didn’t order anything. Also they are so busy with online orders, they almost completely ignore walk in customers. From past experiences, when you are getting a chance to order, they constantly breakaway to fill online orders.

Drive thru workers were saying spastic things on intercom and laughing while taking our order. Who would want to drive forward and accept food after that? I’m sure they are losing other customers over this.

Online order took 45 min to complete. Sat in restaurant for 30 min asking them about the order to find out they never printed the ticket. Could have ordered in line and got food faster. This restaurant has issues every time I visit this location. Needs better training and the mangers need to be better. I believe there were 8 people working behind the counter too.

I enjoy Panda Express, the food is always good, I went to the round lake store and Deandre C stood out vibrantly, he really shines at his job if he's not already a manager it would be really good for Panera Express to make him one. I'm sure the restaurant would thrive even more the restaurant was very busy and he smiled and moved around quickly and helped as many people that were in the room a fantastic multitasker a fantastic smile a great disposition

Around 6pm me and my wife went into the Panda near our home and we ordered our food the only thing miss was a large entree so they had to make it but when it was done they forgot about our entire order and served other customers waiting for 15 mins for them to realize as I said forget im leaving keep your food..The regional manager heard me and stopped the entire line got our food ready and even paid for it.. got home and the 1 large entree we ordered was dry like steak pucks.. these guys were in a hurry so much they did even make the food correctly as we order this item all the time... do better employee of panda

I drive for the food service companies, and this place is notoriously horrible in their laxidasical attitude toward GrubHub doordash Uber customers and we drivers. These companies earn your establishment a third of your profits and should be treated with the same respect and courtesy as any other customer, instead of literally ignoring us when we come in and taking an absolutely unacceptable amount of time to prepare the order. I'm posting this here in an attempt for it to change very soon. If it doesn't in a timely fashion, I will, as I've done with other chains guilty of the same, be contacting corporate.

Don’t go here passed 7pm they are sold out of everything and won’t cook anymore. Good food if you go mid day and have the luxury of leaving work. Place sucks

The Manager who let's all the undercooked rice to the over cooked or hours old meat should be held responsible period. $11+ just to have more side than Main course like seriously make this make sense

They are stacked with online orders and serve on average 3 online orders for every one person in line. I sat in line for 20 minutes when they were all serving food to online orders despite the line of people in person.

Honestly I never write reviews and I used to love panda but the past few times I’ve been there I’ve waited way too long for my order whether they are busy or not, if I order they the drive thru or just order through the app for a pickup. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for 40+ min. before and today I did a mobile order to be picked up asap, there was no line when I got to the drive thru except one person in front me. They told me when I got the speaker it would be an 8 min. wait for the food to finish cooking and to pull up, a little annoyed but ultimately I had no issue with it. The worker then tells me he apologizes for the wait, I say no big deal and he tells me to pull into the closest spot so when the food is ready he would know which car was mine. I proceeded to wait another 15 min. while he had came out and brought 2 other cars orders and still not mine. So I went in pretty annoyed at this point and let them know I had been waiting about 20+ min. For my food that was supposed to have only took 8 min. Worker asks for the name, I give it to him, he then goes to grab my bag of food that was already ready and prepared just sitting there.. not to mention every time I ask for TERIYAKI CHICKEN they NEVER put teriyaki sauce in the bag nor is there any on the chicken so make that make sense?
