Your drive thru is absurd. Utilize your drive thru parking, you never do. You have a median in the most inconvenient spot. If u don’t want to wait 29 minutes for a drink I would have to damage my vehicle to leave your drive thru. You are literally holding people hostage
I ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich last Thursday. It was AWFUL. Chewy inedible cartilage like chunks in the breast, soggy, just disgusting. what was even worse is that the sandwich- without a drink- was almost $14!!!! WHAT!?!
