One of the worst days of my life today, and Maddie (manager) greatly eased my worries. We had my kids childhood dog in the car and we were on our way to have him cross rainbow bridge. The baristas here work very hard for the amount of customers they serve. One of the baristas brought me a water while I was working at a table even though they were busy and it was thoughtful. Place is clean and I'd give it 5 stars but there are flies in the store which drive me nuts (I know there is only so much they can do about that with the drive-thru window and people constantly going in and out).
Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the strawberry acai refresher but I ask for light ice every single time and I get my drink and on the order there Is nothing saying light ice so I always end up with half the cup with ice when I did ask for light ice. Also the workers there are not the best sometimes but most of the time they are really nice but this old lady that was there was the total opposite.
