You don’t respect your customer when you pack a meal this way . Charge your customers for ranch sauce and pack it without any care in the world. Will not be coming back here ever again .

The staff is not very clean. I seen a lady come from outside and just start touching the food without washing her hands, another guy wipe his nose with his shirt. And on top of everything a worker rung up a customer and kept the same gloves on and went back to cooking 🤢

Every time I order from there, I want my fries well done with extra seasoning and every time I get my food the fries are not well done or have extra seasoning. I don’t think they understand what well-done fries means.

As someone who religiously orders here almost once a week for years, the last few times the bone-in wings have tasted off. Not sure if its the way they are stored, frozen, etc. And have a weird white look even though supposed to be extra well done. Leaving a weird after-taste. Always get the same Louisiana Dry Rub, so they should be consistent in taste.
We bring these with us to parties all the time at 50 or 100 pc, but I'm hesitant now until I see improvement. They are costly for sub-par quality right now we are seeing.
Needless to say, while our ordering has slowed down lately to every couple of weeks, we will keep trying and hope maybe it's just their current chicken supplier, batch, or will improve. Looking online it appears they get chicken from 3 different suppliers. So maybe it's changed the last couple of months.
Might try another location just to see if it's any better or if just related to this store for some reason.

I place a order on the phone and he told me price but wen I got there is was different price then they charged for ranche they don’t give it to you with your order like other Wingstop you gotta pay for ranche I ask for crispy and it was saggy and cold very disappointed…. Don’t recommend

I wish this was a zero. I have ordered wingstop for a long time never had issues. Today wanted to get some wings decided to Doordash. The dasher everything right and found out the people gave my wing order to someone else.
They didn't want to take responsibility for the blunder or make another order. Instead accused me of choosing pick up ( I chose delivery always do) on the phone and asking me for a code ( this is only used for Uber eats). Let's just say never coming back here again and thanks to the people who blantly gave away my food and said it was not their problem.

To begin we had ordered before 2 other people and they got their wings before us, second we ordered 20 wings and they only gave us 1 ranch, and lastly our order took 30 min to receive this is honestly just annoying that this has been a constant thing that happens the few times i’ve gone never again

The wings are consistently too hard, and I'm not even talking about the bone, but the meat and skin are so hard it scrapes the roof of my mouth. I have given this location a try for the third and final time, why is your chicken so hard, the flavors so underwhelming, the fries are dried out. Just terrible. The corn might have been a saving grace but it just didn't do it for me either. Believe it or not popeyes does a better wing.
