Went here a few weeks ago and the experience was great, then yesterday it was not.
A few weeks ago the food was hot, fresh, organized, correct order, included napkins, and ready on time.
Yesterday was a mess. The online website and app barely worked, and when I called asking if they could honor the deal they said no, and that I had to just keep trying online. Finally got it to go through, and picked up the order. Too many things smashed into one box, no napkins, and we were missing 6 wings. They also got the numbers for each flavor wrong. I called back, went and got the additional wings, and they were still the wrong flavor. Louisiana rub instead of Cajun. Louisiana rub isn’t even really a rub, it’s a wet sauce that makes the wings soggy and a weird texture.

I was waiting for my food for 30 minutes. Absolutely unbelievable, another customer came in about 10 minutes after me and received their order first. On top of that many people who had done pick up were waiting for them as well! I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, there was only two people working when I first ordered, then one associate came from outside and started touching the food 🤢, then another associate came out the bathroom 25 minutes after I had ordered. Overall it was an absolutely horrible wait and completely unacceptable sanitation.

while there heard a uber driver ask why he has to pour drinks, he doesn't work there. also told them he was sick and his hands are dirty. they said they didn't care.

This store needs a revamp, apparently no one can answer a phone or count. Told the guy when I drove back up that they miscounted and he just went back and got 2 random 10 piece wings and handed them to me. Then dude just disappeared to the back, everyone else was clueless, and on another note employees should not be touching each other in front of guests

You don’t respect your customer when you pack a meal this way . Charge your customers for ranch sauce and pack it without any care in the world. Will not be coming back here ever again .

The staff is not very clean. I seen a lady come from outside and just start touching the food without washing her hands, another guy wipe his nose with his shirt. And on top of everything a worker rung up a customer and kept the same gloves on and went back to cooking 🤢

Every time I order from there, I want my fries well done with extra seasoning and every time I get my food the fries are not well done or have extra seasoning. I don’t think they understand what well-done fries means.

As someone who religiously orders here almost once a week for years, the last few times the bone-in wings have tasted off. Not sure if its the way they are stored, frozen, etc. And have a weird white look even though supposed to be extra well done. Leaving a weird after-taste. Always get the same Louisiana Dry Rub, so they should be consistent in taste.
We bring these with us to parties all the time at 50 or 100 pc, but I'm hesitant now until I see improvement. They are costly for sub-par quality right now we are seeing.
Needless to say, while our ordering has slowed down lately to every couple of weeks, we will keep trying and hope maybe it's just their current chicken supplier, batch, or will improve. Looking online it appears they get chicken from 3 different suppliers. So maybe it's changed the last couple of months.
Might try another location just to see if it's any better or if just related to this store for some reason.
