Worst customer service by employees and managers. Called corporate was hung up on 3 times.
All because they forgot a sandwich.

If I'm paying for a donut.. I expect to get the donut I asked for. not a random one you think I’ll like because you're out of that specific donut that i payed for. This is unacceptable. There’s no excuse for being out of stock at 5 PM of anything. when you don’t close until 10 PM. Even if I order at 9:58 PM, you need to have enough for everyone. let’s fix this issue asap.
.. I placed a mobile order at this Dunkin’ around 11:00 AM for a bacon egg and cheese wrap. I don’t care if it was busy or not—there’s no excuse for the careless mistake of giving me a sausage wrap instead because u can’t read? Mobile orders are sent in advance, giving the team more than enough time to read and comprehend each order. This is the second time my order has been wrong, and it’s clear that some employees lack basic attention to detail. They need to be fired or retrained immediately because this kind of service is unacceptable.

Despite being the last car in line and causing no inconvenience to others, I experienced a delay in receiving my order due to this miscommunication.
