“5++?We were in the area conducting some personal business, and we decided to grab a bite to take home. My wife wanted a salad, and I was thinking about pizza, and getting our oldest son a Italian beef sandwich. I accomplished all three at Rosati's!It's a really small location, with a small rail bar with a few stools to sit at. Just enough to eat your food and be on your way if you're not getting to go. All of the ingredients for our meal were fresh and crisp. The pizza was extremely good, I had no issue with it. I'm going to also post this on my list of pizza joints. My son enjoyed his beef sandwich, and my wife thought it was one of the biggest, tastiest and attractive salads she's had. The staff was kind, and they brought our order out to our vehicle when it was done. I have to give them kudos, and the place was nice and clean from everything I could see. And the prices were very reasonable compared to some other establishments. I highly recommend Gabito?!?

“We live 2.5 hours south of Lake Villa, but we were meeting some friends from Florida for dinner. They were in the area for their grandson’s graduation from Great Lakes Naval Academy. Found this place via Google and it had great reviews, with good reason. We wish we lived closer because it would be a favorite for sure. Probably the best bruschetta and lasagna I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone loved their entrees. We tried multiple pasta dishes and the pizza. “last evening my husband and I joined four friends for an early dinner at Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse. It turned out to be so much more then just dinner, to quote one of our dinner companions, Brian Romer, "We have enjoyed fine dining for many years but last night was a Kodak memory experience. Seriously, and I had to share this with Steve while we were there, pretty much perfect, one change I must admit, I would prefer my potatoes served not floating in the sauce, I like them crispy. and the SERVING SIZE! I was served an entire spatchcocked chicken plus potatoes. No, I did not clear my plate, those magicians who saw to our every need took our plates, swept any crumbs from the cloth, packaged our delicious remains then knew we would be enjoying at home tonight, then someone suggested, dare I say, DESSERT? How can I describe the desserts? The six of us shared three, each came accompanied by a scoop of a different ice cream or gelato. Butter cake, cannoli and tiramisu, each one better than the other. During dinner both the manager and Steve, the owner stopped by the table and we made sure to send our thanks and good impressions to the chef. OH, everyone at our table was equally as impressed with their choice of dinner as I. If. when you go be prepared, you are not just going to dinner, you are going to enjoy an event if you allow yourself to, we spent close to three hours savoring the experience and look forward to a repeat in the not too distant future.“

“We love the food and dining at Oliveris’s but I have to tell you how wonderful the staff is. We have been having a pretty bad time lately. Our son had a stroke and may never walk again and my husband shattered his right hip. We had my husband’s birthday dinner at Oliveriis with some friends and my husband had a medical issue and Sal and the staff were so kind with helping me get him into the car. I do not think that any other Restaurant would have such amazing and helpful people working for them. Sal you are wonderful. Thank you again.“

“We were in town visiting our son and grands near the Naval Base and ordered pasta dinner today. The portions were generous and we had enough for leftovers. The grands, ages 5 and 3, were overly enthusiastic as well and I am quite sure everyone knows that is hard to accomplish. The fries were also seasoned nicely (hits with the whole fam). Everything arrived warm and was so tasty. It seemed like something you could get at any nice restaurant but it arrived at our doorstep. Kudos! Next time we are in town, we will stop in for a visit if this is the kind of food they serve everyday.“

“Alissa and Andreas are my favorite people in any restaurant ever. I was beyond impressed with this place. We were talking about how good the coconut fried onion rings were and thought that would be the best dish. They were cooked to perfection, the fried crust was soft and didn't hurt the roof of your mouth and the onions themselves were cooked to such a degree they were soft but also had a crunch to it. The steak sliders were pretty good, but I would have said amazing anywhere else it's just that everything else here was so good. The arugula pizza might be one of the best pizzas I've ever had, no joke! The calamari was great. The penne pasta with sausage was incredible. Highly recommended.“

“We were so happy to find that Little Joey's was still here after we moved away from the area for 14yrs! We started getting pizza from Little Joey's when they first opened - our son Joey was 5 or 6 at the time, so it was perfect! Now, their pizza quality has remained very good! We love their Chicago style deep dish, simple pepperoni or sausage, or even getting a spinach and garlic pizza is nice. Most of the time we get a Greek salad to go along with the pizza. “My go-to place for thin-crust pizza in Libertyville. Consistently good... crispy crust, tasty sauce, perfect blend of cheese and just the right amount. Tried lots of others, and always end up going back to Rosati's. Don't be put off by the location in a mostly deserted and run down strip mall.“

It's now a tradition I keep up...love thier food. Love thier small town feel when I go inside. It brings nothing but hood feelings back to mind.“
