“Best food in Mchenry, I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a disappointing meal. Sausage and peppers , shrimp burrata, bruschetta, amazing for appetizers. Stuffed chicken is my go to for dinner. Today i had lunch for the first time, chicken bruschetta sandwhich. Super tasty and the fries were amazing. All the servers are super friendly.“
“My family and I came in at a busy time. We were a big group. And order was confusing because we all wanted different check. I'm not going to go into all the details. However I do want to say Sara the manager was AWESOME! She came and listened to our concerns and fixed the problem. I just loved the way she handled the situation with care. “The service was slow but not due to the workers. More due to management not properly staffing the establishment. The bartender/waitress deserved some large tips for handling the plus 30 people in there today. I just went in to pick up three pizzas and had to patiently wait to be served. But she had an almost full bar and another 15 people at tables. Food was good but it seems management is lacking.“
“This pizza is great! The pizza is always fresh. Delivery is super fast and still HOT upon arrival, and drivers are always friendly. Have not eaten in yet, but I hear it's a great atmosphere and a good spot to grab a bite. I also completed a survey after delivery at one point and mentioned paying for and getting an additional topping on the pizza that wasn't asked for, I received an email the same day from manager apologizing, that is great customer service right there! This has definitely become our go-to spot for pizza!“
“We went for early dinner. Our waitress Jessica was wonderful, she was great explaining and recommending options for us. We had the rolled stuffed eggplant and chicken parmigiana, it was wonderful. Very nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.“
“Loved SLYCE Pizza. My wife and I are big fans of coal-fired pizza. Where I'm from in the NYC tri-state area, the best Italian food is in neighborhood family tavern restaurants and those thin crust tavern pies are cooked in super hot ovens. SLYCE brings it all back. Quality ingredients, great suggested combinations, good service and pleasant ambience. There's a lot of pizza choices in Chicagoland and we drive 25 minutes to SLYCE. There must be at least 100 pizza joints in the 25 mile radius. I'll take SLYCE. Keep up the great work!“
“We’ve ordered from here many times, they had a new delivery driver come and missed out on our appetizer, when I called they were kind and offered to adjust the mistake. They provided a dessert as an extra too. I appreciate the customer service and would definitely recommend. Bbq chicken pizza is delicious!“
“Wonderful food & service. We got there at 4:20 for a very early dinner since we had to be at a game at 6 PM. We did not make a reservation because it was so early. They were booked solid, but we were fortunate to get a table. Dillon, our server, was terrific. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back, but next time, we will be certain to make a reservation!“

Their specials are a good value, another problem with ordering pizza these days, it’s so expensive you might as well go for a proper meal, especially when you never seem to be able to say, “Wow! “First impression is the decor is relaxed and fun but still classy.The hostess was friendly. The restaurant was very clean.Our waitress, Jan, was bubbly. Friendly and knowledgeable. She was present enough to make sure we were taken care of and didn't need anything, but not hovering, which was nice. She even went the extra mile on my dirty martini and stuffed the olives with jalapeno peppers because I mentioned how much I love them.The table busser, Ben, never stops. He's a huge asset. Always walking around making sure nobody needs anything and kept our table clean. Jake, who showed up a short time later, had an energetic personality and was also obviously a very hard worker.Overall the wait staff is incredible.The bread is beyond addictive. I could eat that for days. I had the stormy night martini which is incredible. My wife had the pomegranate martini which was delicious.The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. There was a butter with a slight hint of onion that was pleasant but not overpowering. The crab legs were cooked perfectly. My wife melted when she tried the Broadway shrimp. The Broadway potatoes were crispy on the outside. Soft on the inside, rich, buttery and delicious.Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this dining experience. Seaside prime should be considered a blueprint for what a dining establishment should be. And I'm not easy to please.“
“Beyond AWESOME!!!! I just found this place online and the reviews looked good so we thought we would try it. The menu is very appetizing. We ordered delivery and it was fast, the food was hot and the delivery guy was great. The food was SO fresh! The pizza was delicious, sausage is home made and it has great crispy crust ! We also ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with sausage and shrimp and it was out of this world. The portions are big. We can’t wait to go there and dine in. You will not be disappointed!!“

“Sweet Melissa's Pizza and Pub was a great place to stop for a beer and food. Inside was really nice with lots of tv's. Meatball Sandwich was a monster. I had to cut the meatballs in half just to handle it. Meatballs were just ok. Parmesan Fries, Italian Egg Rolls and the soup were all delicious. The Chicken Tenders were just average. Very friendly and professional staff.“

Had gone to two other establishments before this one (others closed for some reason). Was pleasantly surprised. Order wasn't spectacular, Chicago dogs and fries ( but lots). “Not sure i will go back. First time I had the beef. Juice tasted watered down. 2nd time had the double cheeseburger meal. Almost 16.00 and the sandwich had no flavor to itRound 2 my friend really wanted to go here. I was skeptical. Stpped in for a late lunch and I got a juicy beef with sweet peppers and mozzarella. “About two days ago me & my family ordered a Full Tray of the 3Chz Baked Penne & 4 lbs of beef. Both were delicious. The pasta came with garlic bread and the beef came with French Bread, Sweet and hot peppers. Honestly really good prices for the amount of food you receive. Really enjoyed it, highly recommend catering from this location.“

Asked to have it cut pie style but the employee cut it square style.It was a timed work lunch so I didn't have time to wait and have it remade as they suggested. “I love Buddyz, always have, but last night we had a little birthday party for my mom in the back room and not only was the food the delicious as usual, and the room perfect for the occasion, they let us bring in a little entertainment (Elvis is in the building!) but it was the service tha was a knock out! Our servers were so attentive, so much fun, so friendly, they added that cherry on the cake that made the evening perfect!
