They had two other cars pulled in line. They made us pull forward to "get off their timer" which I thought was rude. Kept asking me to pull further up when there was a car in front of me and no one behind me. Then they were snarky when saying thank you, laughing as they walked away. And to top it all off, took forever Nd left out some of my food. I had to pull out and back around. I feel like they knew bc i didnt tell them the order but they handed it to me at the window. I had given them a second chance but im done. Wont be back.

MY BURGERS WERE ROTTEN!!!!This is the 3rd time in 2 months I have given this place another chance. The guy who came to the register (after his trainee? did not) didn't say a word to me until I started ordering. Ordered a monster burger combo, 2 big roast beefs, and a roast beef. Waited 20 minutes, bailed to my car because it was snowing, finished my 20 min ride home. When I opened the bag, I thought I smelled roadkill. Told myself I was losing it. Pulled out the sandwiches, discovered ham and cheese instead of roast beef. Guessing those went to the truck in the drive thru who had a similar order. The beef or bacon, or both, on the monster burger gagged me when I opened the wrapper. Literally smelled like something dead on the side of the road. My dogs sniffed at it and backed away from the counter looking disturbed. I will not be eating here again.Update: General manager said they have had several complaints about the service provided by the individual I dealt with last night, and offered a full refund. He is checking the meat, assured me they rotate more than required, and suggested that they may have just thrown something in my bag that they had laying around for whatever reason. Kinda matches the vibe I got from my side of the counter. Sad, hope they fix this problem, I have heard the new management is trying to improve the place

my husband just came home from work in a snowstorm with what he thought was a monster burger and 3 roast beefs. instead they sent him home with 3 ham and cheese and a monster burger that smells rotten! this is completely unacceptable! since we live in the next town over and the roads r bad we can't go back and they refuse to answer the phone. after spending 25 minutes in the drivethru and spending almost $40 and the only part of the order they got right was rotten, we will not b letting this go! and we will not b giving them anymore of our business! Just pathetic that this is what passes for good food and service at the rushville hardees.😒
