Los Charros in Rushville is one of the favorite spots for Mexican food. The burrito is the usual go-to, but the fajitas are also packed with flavor. Thursday evening has half price margaritas, which are just as good as the food. It is reliably good, well managed, and better than your average Mexican restaurant with an extensive menu. Always very busy, there is something for everyone. Everyone raves about the food because they love it. There is excellent service, fabulous food, and a great time. It is in the Top 10 Mexican Restaurants in Illinois, consistently great. Some of the best Mexican anywhere, with amazing food and small town pricing. This small town restaurant slays. The food and drinks are phenomenal, better than high dollar restaurants in big cities. A hidden gem. Try their beef.
