Terrible customer service. After waiting an hour and a half for our delivery we called in to check on the order and were laughed at when we told them we had a house full of kids waiting for dinner. They couldn’t even tell us when our order would be ready. Our orders are typically messed up from here anyways I don’t know why we even tried again, definitely lost a costumer tonight. Anytime in IL, I have to stop in. Beat thin crust pizza going. This specific location has some of the friendliest staff. Love this location, always stop here.
My company will order several pizza's for large lunch groups with very short notice. I even asked them to make a few more once I got there to pick up. I can always rely on them to give me great service with excellent food.
