Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches and curly fries. Service was fast and friendly. The fries were excellent and the sandwiches were perfect. Fish was flaky, good amounts of condiments, bun was fresh. All around fantastic experience.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a steak bite bowl. The meat was cold the macaroni was cold. They replaced the order with another cold steak bite bowl. I didn't have time to go back through again so I called to let them know that it was cold. They basically called me a liar and said we know for a fact it's hot enough because we ran it through the microwave twice but thanks for letting us know. They were very rude about it. So be careful when you order that the steak bite bowl because their microwave is not getting the meat hot on the inside.
Atmosphere was what you expect at an Arby's, but the drive through cashier can only be described as rude. We had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes. That seemed excessive for what we ordered.
We visited on 5/3/2025 and wanted to say that this is probably the cleanest Arby's we've ever been to.

The girl working both the drive thru and the counter was great. Doing her job and the manager’s. Dallas (name tag said manager) was rude and didn’t smile once you can tell he really loves his job. If you don’t like people that’s fine, but maybe you should be the guy in the back.
