Went through the drive through with my family at night and was not only severely disappointed but angry. My step-dad whom has a bit of a hispanic accent, was speaking clearly and accommodated to her request of trying to speak clearer for the big woman at the window to understand. Not only was her approach insanely unfriendly but she added sighs and groans which was completely rude. When we received our food, all of it came out wrong. Everyone got small, cold fries probably in relation to our ethnicity. That MANAGER should not be in costumer service if she’s completely unapproachable. We ended up getting our money back, but it was so rude how the situation was delt with. Don’t waste your time at this highway Burger King. Especially if you have any pigment to your skin. All we wanted was warm, friendly service and warm food on our 14 hour trip back home.

I used to manage 3 BK stores several years ago. I now drive a semi and stopped at Hucks for the night. Immediately saw the BK and Ordered online. Walked in at 1507. First thing I see is the hasbrowns strewn all over the floor behind the counter along with fries mashed into the grout. Obviously had not been swept or mopped all day long. As I was waiting for my order a gal comes around with a broom and dustpan. Literally does one’s sweep, leaving the hasbrowns and most of the trash and walks off. Manager (Ashley?) was standing right there watching her. I just kinda stood there appalled. As I’m waiting still, I see a kid come out from the back with parts from the hood over the charbroiler. He starts assembling it back together WITH THE BROILER ON! Do we not know how kitchen fires start?
Then another manager comes through the front door with. A male. He darts for the bathroom and she comes behind the counter and disappears. I get my order and start to head out and the smell of weed nearly knocks me over. It was seriously strong.
Went thru drive thru, spent almost $60 for 5 people, all sandwiches were missing the bacon and the cheese that I paid extra to have on them, the one was supposed to be plain, and was loaded with condiments, all fries and onion rings were cold. Very disappointing. And since they didn't give me a receipt, were just out of luck. Will not be spending money there again.
Just drove from Ar ready to eat and check in and my grand daughter couldn't eat chicken fingers cold and hard. Thanks Burger King...

Terrible service!! The staff are very rude. Also they are the slowest restaurant in town. I thought Hardee’s was bad. These people are ridiculous you have to wait 10 minutes in front of the speaker just to order then they pull you for another 10-15 minutes. It don’t matter what you order.

They have changed something about their classic chicken sandwich, it's flavorless and mushy. And I guess extra onion means 2 rings to them. Also all of the deals you see advertised on TV are only available if you tie a card to the app instead of letting you pay at the window.

Really bad service from employees
I visited this location at around 9:00 p.m. tonight. I originally only ordered an 8-piece cheesy tot they were hot and delicious. I ended up going back through the drive-thru and ordering two classic chicken wraps and another order of the cheesy tots. During both visits my cashier David was very polite, courteous and patient as it took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted to get. After I made my orders and paid for my food we had a light conversation during both visits before he asked me to pull forward so that they could finish my order. I do very much appreciate the customer service that David provided, in my opinion it was the best part of tonight's experience. On the other hand my classic chicken wraps were a bit underwhelming. The classic chicken wraps are $3 a piece and are surprisingly small for the price paid. They were also not quite as good as the cheesy tots which were hot and crispy and worth the nearly $3 they were priced at. The store from what I could see inside and out was clean and well taken care of.
