At least 10 minutes in Drive thru, get 5 miles down road and order was entirely wrong, go back through again only to get further and still wrong. Go to Wendy across street .....

I was traveling down interstate 57 and stopped here. The food is crap but it's Burger King so it is what it is. But the employees here are incredibly rude. Older blonde lady working the drive thru was terrible. She was demanding. Tossed the food out the window and slammed the drive thru doors. She should not be in the customer service business at all. I filed a complaint about her with corporate.

Since Wendy's in Salem IL cannot seem to get their stuff together I decided to change sides and download the Burger King app. Went through drive thru for lunch today with 4 cars ahead of me. I tell you what I was very impressed with the speed of their drive thru as well as my Double Whopper and fries being fresh and hot. The drive thru lady was very responsive, nice over the mic as well as very kind at the window. May I suggest Wendy's go over and see what it is like being a Customer and having it your way. Great work Burger King!

If I could give zero stars I would. We were in town for a huge PKC event over a thousand of us. I go to burger King to eat at 11:19pm. The staff is outside having a cigarette break and completely got upset we pulled into the drive thru. Throwing their hands up shaking their heads and yanking the door open to fo inside. After ordering the attendant at the window was thoroughly upset when we wne to pay as though we were bothering him and he had to do his job. I will make sure everyone knows not to go there when the employees are out having a cigarette break.
