“Had a horrible experience with customer service on the app and the 800-number, but the manager made everything the way we needed it for my dad’s 92nd birthday party. Even though they were short-stafffed that day, the crew gave each customer the feeling of their complete attention. Food quality was excellent—and I’m picky because I worked at KFC for 3 1/2 years ages ago and ate the stuff 6 days a week. All of our food was at a high level of quality, and we were very happy with how the manager engaged in great customer service and problem-solving. The store was very clean and attractive. I wished I lived in the area so that it would my KFC on a regular basis.“
