“I arrived around noon on 12/20/25 and told the female worker I needed to place a large order (3 18 PC meals). She said that there were only two people working and that it would be at least an hour before the chicken would be cooked. Drove to Centralia and waited about 15 minutes. Salem has always been my favorite KFC. I hope this was was an exception and not the rule of how things are running there now.“
