Excellent cheeseburgers and crinkle cut french fries just like years ago. They had diet Ski both in the can and the cup but I think it is a much better deal to buy a couple of cans--and get an actual 24 oz then it is to buy a 32 oz cup which contains all ice and certainly less than 32 oz of ski for $3.50 with a 50-cent charge for refill.

We happened upon Chuck's Place by chance while traveling from Indianapolis to Memphis, and I'm so glad we did! The wait staff were so polite and friendly. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable! We especially loved their house made mustard relish sauce. This is such a great family owned diner for burger, fries, and more! Whenever we travel through the area, we will definitely be stopping here again!

Love this place always go here when I want a burger. They have a lot of size options. The people working here are very nice and will fix my food if there’s ever an issue, which doesn’t happen often because they’re very good at putting food together. The food is also very good. I love how they have ski products here too, which a lot of places don’t have in this area.
I have been there only one time for breakfast. So my report is about that meal only. The food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable at a moderate price. You might have to remind them that you are there, and that your drinking coffee, once in awhile though.

Was taking my mother in law home and planned on stopping in Salem for lunch. I like to find out where the locals eat when I travel and the reviews for Chucks Place were good so we decided to try it, it did not disappoint. I knew we were at the right place because the parking lot was packed. My brother in law and I got the Wimpy burger and fries, the food was fresh and tasty. The burger was cooked perfectly, the condiments were fresh and the fries were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. My mother in law got the grilled pork tenderloin, also fantastic. The service was friendly and spot on. When I go through Salem again, Chucks Place will be on my GPS!!!

It's ok to inconsistent. I have had great burgers, burnt burgers and extremely greesy burgers. Burgers came plain and I had to pay quite a bit extra for toppings and got very little toppings on the Burgers. Service has been great and always has been. Onion rings need drip time very greesy as well. I brought them home hoping my air fryer would dry them out but didn't work. Oh well my loss.
