The drive-thru is really quick bec they will come to your car while u are in line, get your payment, and your order is at the window when u drive up. Highly recommend.

Exceptional experiences always! I ordered something through the app and when I went through drive through to pick it up there was already someone there with my order and they gave me an extra chicken strip. Their customer service is top tier and they are so friendly.

I LOVE this location!! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean, and well kept. Kenny and Kayla and the rest of the staff do a wonderful job of making the customers feel welcome and well taken care of. If I go out to eat, Dairy Queen in Salem, IL is the place I go!!

We stopped in after a school event and I had 10 students with me. The staff was so very patient with our large group. I expected a lengthy wait for our food, but it came out quickly and correctly. When we added ice cream on at the end, everything was again correct and quick! Everyone was professional, kind, and hard working. It was clear they functioned well as a team through clear communication. Very impressed and much appreciated!
