I LOVE this location!! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean, and well kept. Kenny and Kayla and the rest of the staff do a wonderful job of making the customers feel welcome and well taken care of. If I go out to eat, Dairy Queen in Salem, IL is the place I go!!

Dude there always has an attitude. The ice cream seems to be always melted for some reason. So if you order ice cream just know you will get melted ice cream.

We stopped in after a school event and I had 10 students with me. The staff was so very patient with our large group. I expected a lengthy wait for our food, but it came out quickly and correctly. When we added ice cream on at the end, everything was again correct and quick! Everyone was professional, kind, and hard working. It was clear they functioned well as a team through clear communication. Very impressed and much appreciated!

Mahala is one of the best servers I have had in a long time. Very attentive and always busy and happy. It's refreshing to be greeted with a smiling face.

Pleasantly surprised this evening going through the drive through. There were 7 cars when we arrived but their team worked together very well to keep the cars moving and we weren’t waiting long at all. Nice job!
