Awesome time at this location, as always.

Maintaining the good food and good care atmosphere. It's why i always come back to this location and will continue to do so in the future.

Dennys in Salem ill is a great place to eat. I have contacted Google map a number of times because they have the location wrong. They just refuse to update to the correct location. Dennys moved about 5 years ago and no matter how many times we ask them to update, they do not. Dennys is now located across from the north bound ramp of I 57.

No rating on the atmosphere since we ordered our food for pick-up.

I gave the service and food 3 stars for lack of attention to detail. My husband walked to this location to pick up the order and brought it back to our room and things were awry.

I ordered a sandwich that should have been pieced together nicely but instead was haphazardlt thrown together and missing an entire ingredient altogether. The fries were not salted...at all.

Go figure. My order was wrong but my husband's was right. Happens everywhere we go. What's up with that? Attention to one meal but not the other meal on an order for 2? Is it really THAT hard to maintain concentration?

This right here is why we have STOPPED tips on ALL pick-up orders. We used to tip generously. Now? Not so much. If they're just gonna mess it up, why "tip" for their "service"? Such a shame.

It’s Dennys.
So one has to have Dennys expectations.
One visit we had a couple issues, that were unacceptable
BUT
manager, was very friendly and courteous. And resolved the problem
Very satisfied with them.
Have returned since, and food and service have been great.
Will be back again when we are through town

Our waiter Logan was superb! He was left to handle everything! His counterpart Jakob just sat back and watched and didn't assist him and then left at the end of his shift without assisting a single thing. Logan did fantastic and should definitely be hire up to have to handle little to no help like that.

Was traveling and stopped by for lunch.. The server took her precious time before she even asked us what we wanted to drink,then said she would be coming back, didn’t see her, when we were about to leave because no one was attending to us; she came with a smirk on her face saying “Bye”, I guess y’all not serve AA’s because the looks from her and the atmosphere was really not welcoming

Service slow 40 min wait.
Feels like we were forgotten..
Service window full of food...
One man show for cook.
Not well prepared for a Saturday night
Serving others before us and we were seated first..
Our food sitting in window 10 minutes longer than it should.. what happened to serve the food hot? Asked server how long before we get our food never came back.
This is a good reminder why I don't go to Dennys!!
Never got food!!!
Manager needs more training!!
