I waited 2 hours for a delivery... I called 3 times and was assured that they were on the way I finally called and canceled. I didn't oder 12 pizzas either I litteraly only got a large pizza, 10 boneless wings, and a 2 litter and it just never showed up.i will not be returning business. This is not my first bad experience.

Awful customer service. Ordered through DoorDash. Supposedly, Dominoe’s uses their own delivery person who failed to drop food at the correct address. When I called to find a resolution, the manager Brylin, who confirmed he was the delivery person, hung up on me. This person is extremely arrogant and should not be in the service industry. Will be avoiding this place from now on.

waited an hour for our delivery. we checked the app and it was ready for delivery over 20 minutes before it left the store. “they only had one driver because one of the two didn’t feel like going”. food came cold. not the first time.

Used to be customers first. But manager and girl answered phone rude! After years of positive reviews I’m saying to m fellow Marion county IL FRIENDS, never go here! Go to Joes or Casey’s! The true customer satisfaction is gone at Salem and Centralia IL. DOMINOES. Oh yeah. My original issue was 90 minutes for a pizza.

Ordered pizza at 1:17pm drove to go get it after 15 minutes and they had not even started making it,they told us another 15 minutes after sitting at drive thru for foe 5 minutes before they even came to the window,then we sat for another 15 minutes, went back to windows which no one came to window,we had to honk to get their attention ,got pizza home and first piece had a light colored hair in it,wo n t be ordering from salem illinois store anymore or most likely any domino's

This dominos is super, we love ordering from the salem Location. The staff is always friendly and very kind. Anytime we see Emily is working we expect great pizza. One of the few places that we visit when we go out to eat.

They are using imatation mozzarella cheese. I ask for extra cheese. You would think there would be a little pull to it. Very disappointed. Was good there years ago.
