This place really has turned around in the last couple of years.The general manager has really done her thing here!! Absolutely will be back and tell everyone to get their pizza here

Awful experience. The dominoes app never works. Ordered over the phone and couldnt hear the cashier over the workers in the background. Got my order wrong. Told me delivery in about 35 minutes, took an hour and fifteen minutes and was cold. A large thin crust pizza cut into six slices. I hate leaving reviews but this one was exceptionally awful.

Dominos has a new phone system that lets you save your favorite that lets me keep an extravana pizza with no canadian bacon and grren olives and lets me keep as my favorite order. For next time and dont have to repeat the order each time
Ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Holiday Inn in Salem, IL. Ordering process was easy and fast. Only problem was the pizza box was obviously dropped (see photo) and the pizza was all broken up in the box. It was good tasting pizza

We keep trying to give them a chance but Everytime we've ordered from them it seems to take a very long time to get our order and the app never has actual real times on the tracker. Last week the sauce on the pizza was cold. But the garlic Parm bread bites are Always en pointe!

I placed an order online through the app at 5:24pm. It indicated that my order was started at 5:26pm. I pulled to the window at 5:57 and it indicated that my order would be ready for pick up in 1-4 minutes. Once the girl found my order she told me that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be complete. How in the world can the app and store be this far off on the timing of when orders will be ready for pick-up?
Parking: Once you park in a parking spot it is extremely difficult to get out if there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru.

Was going to use my emergency pizza I had coming since I had ordered on the app. Not knowing that you have 30 days to use it or lose it. Needless to say I paid for my emergency pizza .Just some info for you !! Pizza was good ?

Called in an order had a few questions the gal seemed put out finally figured out what I was going to order she took my order give me a total and never put it in so we had to an additional 15 minutes on top of the 30 minutes we'd already waited and was still charged full price for someone's incompetence probably won't be ordering from there again...

Management sucks. Employees play on phone while you’re waiting to pick up your food that’s been ready. When mentioned to manager he did not care and seemed over the job. Keep the ugly little girl off he phone.

The last two times we’ve eaten here it has been so gross. The pizza is cold and soggy. Waste of money because we ended up going to get food elsewhere after paying for this pizza and not even eating it.
App said my food was ready but when I got there still had to wait about 10 min.

Got the pizza car side but I thought going through the pick up window would be faster (a mistake). They asked my order and walked off and never came back. Then when I walked inside the restaurant I had to literally ask for help (as if they didn’t see me standing there). I asked for the pizza well done and they gave it to me BURNT. Because I already waited at the pickup window for no reason I decided to take it as a loss. This is a small town you’re not that busy where you can’t acknowledge customers and WELL DONE IS NOT BURNT.
