Stopped in with my family while traveling. We don't have a Hardee's anywhere near us so its always a treat, but never THIS good! The gentleman who helped us was working the counter, drive thru and jumped in to help his coworker cook. He was absolutely pleasant and welcoming. He and the lady in there got our food out really fast and he even told us which sandwiches had certain labels. The restaurant was very clean. Best Frisco Burger I've had in years!

Waited a bit for a couple small burgers and was the only one there
***Drive-thru: They will not greet you for a long period. You can bearly hear them. They mess up your order constantly. They are rude when you order. It takes forever to receive anything. I went at 3:30 AM for coffee and it took 10 minutes to receive it.***Counter: They seem like they aren't working, more like they are just there and you are an annoyance. They are rude, and inappropriate. You can hear disturbing things from many of them.***Other: They do not wear gloves a majority of the time. No camera in food area. They do not have times for anything. The food never looks good and is sloppy. You can see them eating the food all the time.*********I have worked at 3 fast food restaurants one of them being this Hardees. The management is horrible. One time they had mice, one got in the bread bag and the manager "Diane" no longer the manager, told to just take out the parts that were ate around it. That is disgusting and unhealthy.Here’s what you get for $2.00.

I love their chicken strips. I buy them Every time I visit a Hardee's. Not sure about anything else on the menu. I must admit I miss their fried chicken. Granted, it's been many years since they sold it but I still remember how great it was... Gave the KFC a run for their money for sure. Staff are nice. I went through the drive through, so i have no idea about the inside of business. Just know still live their Chicken.
