I have been sitting in the lobby for over 40 minutes 3 other customers and none of us has a meal? This is so ridiculous 🤯 I worked kfc at 15 y/o this isn't that difficult, someone orders chicken and the packer puts that order in a container! That simple, watched him make the same order 3X before getting it right. Manager runs out says just a second, boom 15 minutes later still no manger. If this place should remain open everyone needs trained on customer service, way to much nonsense in the kitchen area to be serving anyone in the lobby!

I live in Salem and got coupons in the mail from KFC. Came in today and handed them the coupon and the manager said that they weren’t good and this store and only good at Kentucky Fried Chicken stores.??? I said aren’t I in a Kentucky Fried Chicken store? She said no you’re in a KFC. Terrible store would not recommend and I’ve been waiting for 14 minutes on a two pc meal!

such a rude manager. Doesn’t seem like she trains her employees bc the drive thru girl didn’t know anything about the menu. Finally got my food and this is what I got (photo below). Did they bite this piece? They were out of original and wouldn’t tell me how long it takes to fry the chkn. Don’t go here, plenty of other options close by this rude kfc location.

This KFC used to be great but has most definitely went way down hill. The service is terrible!!!! And the chicken is always so badly grease soaked it’s unreal. The worker’s are always so dang rude.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service was terrible and was rude to the customers.They also didn't give me the right change back.And one more thing, the drink fountains didn't work, and when I said something, they had an smart elect attitude.

🚨😩 WARNING: Long rant incoming, but I just need to get this off my chest! 😩🚨

Y’all… I don’t usually post things like this, but tonight was just unreal. We tried this place that I’ve been hearing a little buzz about, and let me just say — I am SHOCKED. SHOCKED. And not in a good way.

First of all, the food… I don’t even know where to begin. It was not great. Not even ā€œokay.ā€ It was sad. Like, actually depressing. I took one bite and immediately thought: ā€œI made better spaghetti with Ragu and frozen meatballs when I was 20 and broke.ā€ And that’s not even the worst part.

Now let’s talk about the ā€œcustomer serviceā€ — and I use that term very loosely. I’ve honestly never felt so unwelcome in a place where I’m paying to be there. The staff looked miserable, didn’t greet us, barely made eye contact, and acted like we were asking for the world when we asked for, I kid you not, a fork. A. Fork. 😳

No refills. No ā€œhow is everything?ā€ No smiles. Just cold stares and attitude. I was honestly waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and tell me I was being punk’d. It was THAT bad.

And the cherry on top? We left hungry, disappointed, and $40 poorer. I could’ve gone to Chick-fil-A, been greeted with a ā€œmy pleasure,ā€ fed the whole family, and still had money left over for a Starbucks treat. 😤

I’m not one to bash local businesses, but people deserve to know. If you value good food, kindness, and basic human decency… save yourself the trouble and skip this place. You’ve been warned.

Rant over. I need a dr pepper and a grilled cheese just to calm down. šŸ§€

Had a horrible experience with customer service on the app and the 800-number, but the manager made everything the way we needed it for my dad’s 92nd birthday party. Even though they were short-stafffed that day, the crew gave each customer the feeling of their complete attention. Food quality was excellent—and I’m picky because I worked at KFC for 3 1/2 years ages ago and ate the stuff 6 days a week. All of our food was at a high level of quality, and we were very happy with how the manager engaged in great customer service and problem-solving. The store was very clean and attractive. I wished I lived in the area so that it would my KFC on a regular basis.
