This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to their employees are rude. The food is never all in there when you order it and you never know what time they close Google site says midnight. They got all the lights on you pull up at 11 they don’t wait on you. I guess they close at 11 and then I went there one night at 10:30 sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes. They shut the lights off on me It would be nice to at least know what time they close

Toco bell is amazing their food is absolutely wonderful and their place is very clean and they always have employees sweeping and cleaning off table to make sure the place stays clean

They normally do a pretty good job about getting your order right but when they don’t get your order right and you try to call them about it, they don’t answer the phone… I ordered a chicken quesadilla with steak on it because it never comes with enough meat got charged for it but never got it

Had to make a pit stop for some food while passing through on the highway. The staff of young men were so polite and kind. Also the cantina bowl was super good!

You all dropped the ball and punted it into the ditch with our order tonight! Stacking a $50 order into 2 bags with a Mexican pizza on the bottom. Couldn't tell what was what by the wrappers! Which is ok because it was cold anyways even tho 2 miles from the restaurant. Oh it was cold because the app didn't update or you all didn't update saying it was ready. If I had to guess. It was probably you all not doing whatever on your end to make sure the app said it was ready. You all want minimum wage to go up and yet quality and standards are at an all time low! I'm pretty disappointed with this taco bell. You all have been one of the decent ones left. But after tonight. I'm just thinking we got lucky with our other orders! We will just bring our money to El ranchito's where they actually care about their guests! I'd recommend anyone reading this do the same!
