Long line at 1:00 on a Friday. Took at least 5 minutes each car. Finally got our COLD food over half hour later. Bought to eat on road trip. The food was cold, meat was horribly oversalted, the wrapper was barely on the food, spilling everywhere in the bag. This isn’t the Taco Bell experience I’m used to. What a waste of $30!!!

Not a very good experience. No One at the counter when we entered. Finally made order. The hard shell tacos were very lean on filling, but very FAT on grease!! It ran out of paper and down my husband's hand. My bean burrito was very small and not filled. Chips and cheese sauce were good. However, most of the tables were dirty and so was the floor. The Ladies bathroom was dirty too. Floor was dirty. Maybe they had been real busy, but only 2 other people in there when we were. Needs some TLC.

Food was Luke warm barely any cheese on the potatoes,lots of sour cream though,burrito was very dry ,did not get sour cream on it at all ,their food hasn't gotten really bad.

This is the last time I will eat here. Order was wrong, food was cold. Employee at drive through was in a hurry to get out to the parking lot with his friends. He was hanging out with friends until someone drove up, then he would run inside and take the order.

If I could share the video of my inedible rolled chicken tacos I would. They were hard as a rock. The shell and the chicken inside were over cooked severely. Instead I have this picture showing how dry they are. I called to let them know and got placed on hold and forgotten about for over 20 minutes.

Guy at drive-thru shouldnt deal with the public. I had to drive back thru to get mild sauce.after he said it was in the bag. Glad i decided to eat in parking lot. Burrito supreme tasted like all beans no meat. Wont be spending any more $ at that Taco bell. Deffently not a happy customer.

Waited 30 minutes for a burrito and three hard shell tacos and then they gave us our food and the tacos where soft shell.Parking: It wasn't bad
Service was absolutely awful.... place was empty, 3 gentleman working and it took over 10mins for one to speak up about even taking our order....Not only did we have to wait forever to get our order taken, the next couple that came in when we where leaving, was calling out for someone to wait on them because all 3 workers stepped outside to smoke.... we will not be back!!

I've been to this Taco Bell countless times. Within the last 2 years it's gone way downhill. I would avoid rice at this location. (Always chewy)Also expect to sit at the drive thru for an extended period of time, regardless of how many people are in line. The Centralia location is much better, I'd drive there instead!-avoid if possible

I ordered 4 grilled chicken chipotle burritos and they didnt put the chipotle on them very dry and it's not the first time they have done this or even left things out of the bag and we ordered chicken on a different burrito before and they put beef on it please have a talk with the workers about these issues it's very
