If you go to the Wendy's off the highway in Salem dont there was 5 ppl working and it took forever to get our food. The place was dirty. And the people working seemed like they were there just for a paycheck. Im just saying its the worst place ever

Wait has been 20 min plus Womens bathroom had #2 (to put it as politely as possible)all over the toilet and floor Employee was not very polite, no thank you or have a good day. Just stuck out his hand with the receipt and then tossed the bag on the counter.

They are very disrespectful, we was in the drive thru and told to come inside when it's raining. Why even have a drive thru if I'm supposed to go in?
Whoever is running the drive-thru needs an attitude check. They don't speak loudly enough, mumble their words, very rude and condescending. I never experience this at any of the other Wendy's in the region, and probably explains why this Wendy's probably will not be around in a year. Unless it is the Trumpian nature of Salem, Illinois. One has to wonder......

First, I was disappointed that there was no baby changing station in either of the restrooms but specifically no changing table in women’s restroom. Lady at the counter was pleasant. Fries did not meet expectations of other Wendys locations.

Have honestly made my last trip eating at this facility, waited 23 minutes for an order of a child's chicken nugget meal and a double stack meal, had to pull forward and wait on the fries when we got out food the nuggets where cold the burger was burnt and the so called Fresh fries where barely warm. Lady at the window was rude, forgot my grabdchilds frosty, restaurant is always nasty, not clean, workers are always rude. Will be calling corporate number.
At 1025 am, kids wouldn't serve breakfast items.
