It was a fantastic dining experience. The best part was they raise their own meat to serve in the restaurant, so you know where it comes from. The service staff were on top of things and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be back!

This place is actually called Landers Iron Saddle Ranch. It is so good. The atmosphere is so cool. There is also shopping. We had the barbecue pork steak. They raise their own meat. Great food!!

We never knew this place existed! Found it by a Google search and decided to try! What a hidden gem! DELICIOUS food! Great, friendly service. Plenty of room and good music. Terrific experience. Urging others to give it a try!
Whiskey Outlaw Steakhouse on Iron Saddles Ranch in Salem IL. They raise longhorns on the ranch and serve ‘em up in the restaurant- doesn’t get more farm to table than that.
The smash burger and potato skins were delicious. Homemade chips.
We watched cowboys riding horses from the table. They host rodeos a couple times a year. May have to come back for one of those.

Our food was great. My wife had blackened salmon and I had one of the best ribeye I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Parking: The only thing I didn’t like was it was a gravel parking lot and all but the first row was extremely muddy. Food was so go I can overlook this.

Service was extremely slow, waitress had a bit of an attitude, especially as we were paying and found that she had overcharged us. Food was cold when it came out, fries and tater tots were undercooked, chicken and pork chop were both extremely dry. Grilled cheese was hard as a brick. Only good point was the free bull ride.
