The food and service was always good up until today when they messed up my pickup order by giving me tikka masala instead of curry. I tried to explain that to them over the phone but I ended up having to go back to the restaurant and show them what they gave me versus what I actually ordered. They then corrected the mistake and cooked up 2 orders of Curry for me.

Other than this recent experience the food has been consistently good.

I just left ordered some soup absolutely disgusting the broccoli soup had no flavor and was watery tried to call back up there but the phone don't work I don't know maybe it's the cook they had today but I would like to get in contact with a manager

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats, not only was my order wrong and I was given something I did not order (couldn’t get a refund either), but most importantly there was super long hair in, at the BOTTOM my veggie masala- the one thing that was correct and I was trying to enjoy despite the order mistakes. I even called the restaurant to see if they could assist with the refund, and the restaurant number provided number doesn’t even work. With not being able to get a refund on my order, on top of finding a hair in my food I really just wasted money and time here. 0/10 would not recommend

Was looking forward to the food here. Service was poor, odor in restaurant. Smelled rotten, hookahs visible not hookah odor. Bathroom was horrid. Don’t eat here. Go somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend it. No drinks other then water and smoothie. I wouldn’t serve this food to my dog or loved ones. Prison food is better. Would give zero stars and I’m amazed they have a license to operate.

Guy was nice enough there is a strong sewer smell inside the restaurant staff was nice enough but I hate to say it that was a byriani devoid of flavor

I wanted to love this place but unfortunately when me and my friend sat down to eat an appetizer before our meal we were greeted with a roach live and kicking on our table.

Been getting carryout from Black Salt for years now and the food has always been pretty solid... but they literally just served me a medley of frozen carrots, peas and corn reheated in curry sauce AND the portion was smaller AND the price was ~15% higher. What happened?

Food is excellent and the young lady who took my order over the phon was super nice. A hidden gem in the area, highly recommend!

The servers were nice but their serving skills needed to be more efficient. The servers only came by once and didn't notice that my glass was completely empty. I had to constantly ask for water, extra napkins and more condiments. Hence there was only one other customer who was dining in as well. The service shouldn't have been that slow.

This place is definitely not ready for the public I ordered a mango Margarita. It was given a red drink. The guy said he was new at this and didn't know what a Margarita was totally understandable. But I'm what wasn't understandable is. When 2 mice ran out right after I got my food and the food that I ordered, they didn't have. So they brought me something else, couldn't eat it after I saw the mouse so I just paid the bill which was really high priced and left

I've go often to Black Salt, and it's delicious. I'm a big fan of vegan Samosas. They were very good. I'll definitely buy it again and try out other new Indian food items from there. I love their Naan bread, and sauce are great. The staff are very friendly and will help you make great choices of their menu
