“This location is very clean and the staff seems nice. The cookies taste very fresh and I like that my food was always made on time.

However, the first time I came here, the only thing I ordered was a pretzel and it was extremely stale; it was hard to eat.

The second time I came here, my sandwich was very small (the loaf was skinny in comparison to the other locations I have visited) and I asked for them to toast it, which I am pretty sure, they did not!

Today is the third time I have visited and the loaf was average sized but this time, I asked for it extra toasted, and it appears that they still did not toast my bread!

I always tip 15% - 20% too!
All in all my experiences were kind of disappointing.”
