My husband went to get me a mocha frappe. He got home with it, there were a few pieces of ice in it. No blending, no nothing. They are going down hill. They need to do something. Especially getting the orders straight.

I stopped at this location yesterday. This is what my LARGE order of fries looked like. The amount I received might have been a medium. I asked if it was a large fry when I picked up my order and the worker said yes it is. They seemed like the drive thru took priority and pretty much ignored the counter. Poor customer service and the amount of fries was NOT satisfactory.
