This location is very clean and the staff seems nice. The cookies taste very fresh and I like that my food was always made on time.
However, the first time I came here, the only thing I ordered was a pretzel and it was extremely stale; it was hard to eat.
The second time I came here, my sandwich was very small (the loaf was skinny in comparison to the other locations I have visited) and I asked for them to toast it, which I am pretty sure, they did not!
Today is the third time I have visited and the loaf was average sized but this time, I asked for it extra toasted, and it appears that they still did not toast my bread!
I always tip 15% - 20% too! All in all my experiences were kind of disappointing.

It seems like every time I go to subway lately in savanna The bread is stale and hard and if they toasted forget it! makes it almost impossible to eat I'm paying $12 for a sandwhich. That is, maybe they should start getting fresh bread.

I had a coupon two for $12.99. ordered our food. Then they said we couldn't use the coupon. They only have it for certain ones. So we had to pay $30. I don't think I'll eat there anymore for that price for a sandwich.

I have never been More appalled at a restaurant. The two guys working where rude and lost. I had a coupon for two subs for 12.99 and was not told till after I ordered that it only applied to a small number of subs the the owner had set out. They would not honor the guild lines of the coupon it's self. And when I asked about filling a complaint the two guys tried Lying saying they had no idea I called them out about it. Yes, there has to be a chain of command to be able to file a complaint. Thats when they said well I guess you could talk to the manager tomorrow.

My husband ordered them went to restroom. Down the road when we opened subs mine had no sauce no spinach no other condiments that were ordered on it.
Poor service ordered online waited 5 minutes told them it was an online order and they just started making them do not recommend
