My family just left the Illinois game and decided to come here to eat! When we walked inside two ghetto loud employees gave us horrible looks because we asked for a table for 10. They then started shouting profanities at us and followed us outside and attempted to fight us!!! You literally can’t make this up! ONE WAS PREGNANT

Came in for a date night and was sat down relatively quick. put our orders in of appetizers first then our main meal. Our food came out before our appetizer and I had to ask where it was. Our Waitress Danielle disappeared after. We never were check on for drinks or to see if our food was ok. They show back up after 20 mins. As for the atmosphere, it was ok for the most part until people came in and were told them to seat themselves. After they sat down Danielle would then yell at them and tell them they were not in the right area and move them. It also seems like Danielle and her coworkers do not get along. It is sad that this is our closest restaurant to us but will not be back for awhile.

On February 26, I called to place an order for 15 boneless wings. I was put on hold the first time for over 10 mins. Not a problem. I understand restaurants get busy. I hung up and called again. The second time I called they asked if I could be put on hold and I politely told them I had already waited 10 mins could they just take my order? She kindly told me she was heading to the register it would be just a couple of mins. 10 mins again. So I hung up and called back. Then my call is unanswered a couple of time, went straight to automated a couple times. When my call was finally answered a guy answers and doesn’t even try to hear me and just tells me I’m being put on hold. I call more and when he answers my call I ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and he hangs up. After a few more calls a second guy answers and he just loudly tells me they are closed. On a Monday at 5:35 in the evening. And proceeds to hang up. He did this to me twice. After a few MORE tries, I finally talk to the first girl who answered and now she is giving me attitude! Yelling at me that I need to be patient because they are busy and understaffed because of a carry over promotion from the Super Bowl and it was national wing day. How in the hell was I supposed to know? That should have been told to me the first time and I would have just went somewhere else. I have never been treated like that by a restaurant before. When I finally did talk to a manager they said I could get 10 bucks off a meal the next time I come in. Come back? How do I know my food will not be messed with considering they had to take my name? I will never come back. I was so mad. I just got off of work and wanted wings. Unbelievable experience. Unprofessional and rude. My meal should have been on them. Period. I would love to see the patience of any of the three incredibly rude staff members had they had been on the receiving end of this situation. They would have made a scene in your establishment and honestly maybe I should have.

Super Bowl Sunday, it was extremely busy! I walk in to pick up a take out order I had placed online for pick up. Hostess girl named Mia was keeping everyone informed of the wait times. Handling with respect even after I personally had watched someone yell at her about the wait. She was yelling orders as they were coming out, taking orders, answering the phone, and seating the door! I ordered Traditional wings and Boneless as I waited 63 minutes Mia was so kind to me and others about the wait time and was very understanding to rude costumers! Food was hot and fresh with the wait i patiently waited! I will be back! That girl deserves some recognition though and the manager Hannah who found my order! -Sarah

This is usually our choice for BWW, and until this visit, we'd never had bad chicken wraps or service here. Unfortunately even at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon when the place was slow, they couldn't handle our Grandson's birthday lunch. We had about a dozen people. Orders were wrong, food was prepared wrong and some was just badly done plus some of our group had to receive theirs in a to-go container because they didn't even bother to make it. THIS is why mandatory gratuities on dinners is so wrong. It was so bad I'm not sure any of us will return. From favorite to fail.

Normally I dine in and eat and drink. This time I ordered my food from the BWW app and the food that is usually really good, was not. The bone-in wings were really hard and dry along with the boneless naked ones as well. I was very disappointed. However, one bad experience doesn’t make nor break the experience. The food is still unbelievably good, hot, and fresh. So, Thank you BWW for my food and experience. This doesn’t detour me from coming back…

Nate was awesome. He checked on us periodically but wasn’t bugging. 10/10 would recommend his service. When we asked for something it was almost instant. Thanks Nate. We don’t go out with the kids often but you made it a great night!

Will not be back until find trustworthy staff on a Saturday night so 1 person behind the bar can focus on people ONLY at the bar & preparing drinks for dining room. My food was good, one hour after placing and although it was on the house cause of service I still will not be back myself until this establishment can find a FULL staff as in 2019 and before!

I go here regularly for lunch. I'm sure everyone is looking for something different but I really appreciate that I can get in and out in 20ish minutes for somewhere around 15 bucks. The staff have always been pleasant and attentive.Definitely a struggle during March Madness or Playoff season, but for regular service on regular days it can't be beat.

In typical fashion, you look to find what would be an ideal and convenient way to get food: online ordering…. But come to find out, there are abysmal options when ordering online.So you decide to call in, the one closest to you just doesn’t answer the phone. You call the one on the other side of town. The poor hostess couldn’t hear very well.That results in errors with the order. You’d think, with how much they charge for wings, they’d have a little thought behind the business and have online ordering down to a science. With a “15 minute” wait, it took a total of 40 minutes after the call to walk out with food.They were quick to correct issue but may want to hire some website management.

Service sucked! Didnt ask how the food was. Didn't give refills on soda or ask if we wanted to have another drink. It was nice atmosphere for it wasn't as loud as the one on prospect in champaign. Food was good but took awhile to get it. It was not busy at all. Staff made you feel you were a bother more or less for coming in. Not friendly at all!
