Super Bowl Sunday, it was extremely busy! I walk in to pick up a take out order I had placed online for pick up. Hostess girl named Mia was keeping everyone informed of the wait times. Handling with respect even after I personally had watched someone yell at her about the wait. She was yelling orders as they were coming out, taking orders, answering the phone, and seating the door! This is usually our choice for BWW, and until this visit, we'd never had bad chicken wraps or service here. Unfortunately even at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon when the place was slow, they couldn't handle our Grandson's birthday lunch. We had about a dozen people. Orders were wrong, food was prepared wrong and some was just badly done plus some of our group had to receive theirs in a to-go container because they didn't even bother to make it. Mia was a great host. She's excellent and very nice. Food was very good and filling. Restaurant was clean and very nice atmosphere. Food and drinks were out fast.
