The guy at the front end was awesome, and very helpful. The staff was definitely not as friendly or welcoming at the food counter. Felt like they were just there to do a job. Old Orchard has always been family friendly to me, but in that moment not so much. it wasn't even super busy at that time either. Other than that we had an overall great time there !
Old Orchard lanes is the best of mid- century here today. This is a place where old and new friends meet, have lunch or a pizza (the best pizza ever, copied by some but never replicated), bowl, or watch people bowl. The staff is great, they're friendly and serve you efficiently, despite being really busy. Not only do we meet friends here, we've made new friends. Everything is right about this place.

Great pizza! What happened? Pizza is still great but the service was awful! The gal that was serving our group did everything she could to ruin our evening! We got there at 5. Not busy yet. She took our drink order, then brought a drink or two at a time. We kept waiting for her to take our orders. We walked over to her a couple times and asked her to take our order....while she took the orders of three tables that arrived way after we did! After finally taking our orders,...
