Triptych is a brewery that lets the beer speak for itself. Each pour is clean, balanced, and thoughtfully built, with hop character that shows restraint and malt that holds its ground. Coming from Wisconsin, where good beer is a way of life, I don’t give praise lightly, but this lineup earns it. No gimmicks, no off-notes, just well-crafted beer that proves Illinois can absolutely hang in the big leagues.
We love this brewery. They make great beers but also have gluten free options on tap; ciders, meeds, and/or kombucha. Maybe of their non-hazy beers are gluten removed, check the current beers on tap on their website and they will show gluten removed at the end of the ingredient list. No tipping necessary either, so that's nice as are the staff. Board games, pinball, shuffleboard, projection TV of Illini games, and community gatherings.
