After waiting for 45 min because the have only one person in charge of the whole services, we got an Awful dinner. The food was not fresh, and the soup appeared to be spoiled. I rate this place 0/10

Delicious food, but prices are noticeably higher than Pita Inn. Great for an occasional treat, but not budget-friendly for regular dining. Wish the cost matched the competition!

We loved the food! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We ordered the BBQ and shawarma, and both were amazing. We’ll definitely be going back again. If you’re in Schaumburg, you have to try this place!

We had a very disappointing experience at Alibaba Restaurant in Chicago on Saturday evening . We ordered chicken Mandi and mutton Mandi .The person who took our order was quite disrespectful and unprofessional. They didn’t provide basic essentials like hand tissues for the table, and their attitude made us feel unwelcome — even making unpleasant faces while interacting with us. Customer service should be just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this left a very negative impression. Not worth for people who are very first time and travelled from other states.

I tried the food at Ali Kabob Deli and it was absolutely delicious! Real authentic Arabic cuisine the chicken shawarma was amazing, and the lamb shank was juicy and flavorful. The kids’ chicken sandwich was also really good. Everything was nicely grilled, tasty, and felt healthy. The atmosphere is lovely, with beautiful original Arabesque décor and charming Sinai-style cushions that make the seating extra cozy. Highly recommend!

the worst and pathetic service. I ordered online via DoorDash and they didn’t even provide the utensils for the food. I called them and the guy said maybe it fell off the bag. Such a ridiculous customer service. I won’t recommend.

Absolutely awful, I am Arab, have eaten at multiple Mediterranean restaurants and I just picked this up not even 25 minutes ago.
That’s how bad it is and I’ve only taken about 5 bites.
These people have clearly never had chicken shawarma in their lives, the seasonings are not there it’s bland, the pickles taste like cucumbers.
The falafel…. Just don’t even order it, it is the frozen falafel from the stores and they are trying to pass it off as fresh.
In regards to the positive reviews. These are very obviously family friends and employees. This place truly sucks in terms of flavor, seasonings and quality… 1/10.
