I love Amorino coffe shop.Glad when we have open in woodfield.Nice represetation.Excelent custemar srvise.What I don't like tiday no print recipe.I spent $9,80 two idems.E mail asking me about three idems what is I belive someone else.But my Acc charge right.Please make sure guy's your printer always work and custemar has right one.Don't lose custemars trust.Thank you for good service.See you soon!

They are trying way too hard coming off as some over the top fancy Gelato Shop. The Gelato is way too sweet and the portions are ridiculously small. Massa on North Avenue in Elmwood Park is the only place to get incredible authentic Gelato. Far for some but worth the trek.
Stopped by amorino since I had a bit of time and I absolutely loved it! As a first timer I had no clue what I was doing but I had Lisa help me , she was amazing at recommending flavors and very patient with any questions I had. Definitely coming back again!!

We drove from O'hare to try something new. We were offered samples when we first walked up but kind of felt rushed and didn't really get a chance to look at all the flavors. So we quickly chose and paid. The cashier was super nice until I hit the no tip button and the attitude kicked in big time. Almost to the point of ignoring us and making us wait a little longer. There was another person there also asking if we wanted a few more samples. Which we took. The Gelato was very good but the one cashier left a really bad taste in my mouth. Would I go back? Maybe, but only if I was already shopping there. I wouldn't make a special trip just to get a bad attitude.
