I don't know what it is but I'm always thinkin' Arby's for some reason. But this time it just didn't seem to deliver. The food was pretty much the same. I think it's because they didn't have any specials or promotions going on during my visit so everything was full price. Also, I tried their pulled pork sandwich for the first time, and it was okay at best. I thought the sweet bbq sauce was actually better than the meat. I'll probably give this location another chance because they closed the other one in Rolling Meadows. But I'm not happy about that.

We stopped. in to have lunch today. Keith, the cashier and order taker. Very nice. The food is awful, sandwiches were cold. Potato cakes cold He's expensive 35.00 for 3 beef sandwiches & 1 2 pack potato add two cokes.How ridiculous is that very cold, very old food.. We'll never go back never.

No wonder why they have no sales may try to have better team.and the ambience inside the store not good. surrounding smells bad inside and the light that you have its looks like the store was closed by the dull light it look like it was some kind of cold place to visit try to change lights to milk white colour. Like the liquor store next to you they have great lighting in their store inside and outside .
The food was great I was with my friends 3 of us spent like 20-25$ hope you might get what I mean I like the food but not the ambience white lights at the door feels good but not the light inside try change you lights that's it you may notice change in you business sales 10-15% I will be back with this review in 2 week.. any ways I like food but not ?

I actually worked at this location for about a week. If I was anybody I would not want to eat here. They don't even wash their hands. They leave food in the warmers for hours at a time and then serve it with a straight face. The kitchen is disgusting and they don't clean the warmers. So I wouldn't eat here if I was anyone.
