Let me start off by saying if I could leave more stars I would! From the moment I Drove up to The window to the moment I was leaving everything was 10/5 Not only was the Staff at the drive-through very friendly But the food was also hot and fresh. The customer service they serve at this location is hard to find elsewhere..definitely will return!!

Classic Arby's food with updated menu items. I liked the taste of the cheesesteak even though it was a bit messy. The steak was chopped way too fine to be authentic. The potato cakes were classic Arby's. I should have gone for the Jamoca shake like I used to get.
My wife had the gyro - which, again, wasn't authentic by any standard. It tasted good, nonetheless.
The building was dated, but welcoming with the large, illuminated A in the dining area.
Too bad the parking lot was devoid of cars. It was empty inside, except for two people who came in while we were eating.
Not a good experience and won’t back to this location

I don't know what it is but I'm always thinkin' Arby's for some reason. But this time it just didn't seem to deliver. The food was pretty much the same. I think it's because they didn't have any specials or promotions going on during my visit so everything was full price. Also, I tried their pulled pork sandwich for the first time, and it was okay at best. I thought the sweet bbq sauce was actually better than the meat. I'll probably give this location another chance because they closed the other one in Rolling Meadows. But I'm not happy about that.
