Was my 1st time at an Auntie Anne’s and got an Original Pretzel wish for me was too salty and sadly wasn’t warmed up at all and later found out the best one was the Sweet Almond but honestly I really liked the texture.
They’ve also got pretzel buckets, nuggets, mini dogs, drinks, dips, and apparently do catering. The pretzel flavours are Original, Sweet Almond, Cinnamon Sugar, Roasted Garlic & Parmesan, and Sour Cream & Onion. Overall, alright 1st experience but nothing super special. They’ve got a good selection though.

Only one time I decide to buy and they charge me 57.26 dollars for $8.99 Mini Pretzel Dogs and $1.79 cheese deep! I can't believe they have this kind of errors, I'm sure the guy charged me for the previous client and didn't even give me the receipt! I have called to clarify the error and I do not receive any type of help! I put a complaint on my card and I hope this big mistake on your part can be resolved!!!

I gave atmosphere because it’s a clean store but it’s still just a kiosk in the mall.
I came here around 230ish and got an almond pretzel, caramel dip, and mango drink! There were multiple ladies working and they all were engaging and quick! I changed my mind on the drink and the cashier/drink girls were on it! My order was out within the minute of me ordering. Amazingly fast and fresh!

The food was smackin. The staff was helpful. I prefer the lower level location to the upper level location in the mall due to the proximity of seating. Helpful tip: sit by the Starbucks.

I placed an order for pickup while in line and waited longer than if I would have just stayed in line. Then my order was done, and I was standing in the correct area for pickup. The lady cutting dough completely ignored me! Then, when I asked if it was my order, she gave it to me without my drink. Then they wanted my food back to see the receipt like I was trying to get a free drink. Will not go back to this one. There are 2 in that mall, and even though the other one sucked it was better than this one.

Auntie Anne's -- a bakery restaurant/shop -- is well known and popular with public. The business is organized and managed very well: constantly offered are fresh baked goods, prepared and cooked in the kitchen area in the back of the shop, and customers at the counter can see the whole process, while placing an order. The baked goods are nicely displayed at the counter. Understandably, the staff is very busy, at the same time being able to be attentive, friendly and polite. I always order Original Pretzels (plain, no butter), as I did last time, plus I also ordered Small Strawberry Lemonade Mixer. I would like to mention a staff member, who specifically asked me: "Do you want to order no-butter pretzels, because of allergies or because it is your preference?" I replied, it was just my preference, with appreciation to a thoughtful question. The order was ready quite fast, two Pretzels were packed to go (and were very tasty, as found later), and Strawberry Lemonade Mixer was excellent -- tasty and very refreshing. The total for two Pretzels and Lemonade came to $18.67 (including $2.00 tax). Auntie Anne's bakery restaurant is located in Woodfield Mall. Depending on the time of the day and holiday season (it was Black Friday weekend), the seating options can be limited: mainly opposite the shop, where some tables are available. The shop is now colorfully decorated for winter holidays, and that adds to its customer-friendly ambiance very much. Many Thanks for Pretzels & Lemonade!
