Only one time I decide to buy and they charge me 57.26 dollars for $8.99 Mini Pretzel Dogs and $1.79 cheese deep! I can't believe they have this kind of errors, I'm sure the guy charged me for the previous client and didn't even give me the receipt! I have called to clarify the error and I do not receive any type of help! I put a complaint on my card and I hope this big mistake on your part can be resolved!!!

I gave atmosphere because it’s a clean store but it’s still just a kiosk in the mall.
I came here around 230ish and got an almond pretzel, caramel dip, and mango drink! There were multiple ladies working and they all were engaging and quick! I changed my mind on the drink and the cashier/drink girls were on it! My order was out within the minute of me ordering. Amazingly fast and fresh!

The food was smackin. The staff was helpful. I prefer the lower level location to the upper level location in the mall due to the proximity of seating. Helpful tip: sit by the Starbucks.

Terrible workers, stood at the register and was talking to 2 of her friends at the register while there was a long line behind. If the owner is reading this, it was at 5:40 PM on February 18th, 2024.

I placed an order for pickup while in line and waited longer than if I would have just stayed in line. Then my order was done, and I was standing in the correct area for pickup. The lady cutting dough completely ignored me! Then, when I asked if it was my order, she gave it to me without my drink. Then they wanted my food back to see the receipt like I was trying to get a free drink. Will not go back to this one. There are 2 in that mall, and even though the other one sucked it was better than this one.

the food was ok but our pretzels were a bit undercooked. I asked for a frosted dragonfruit smoothie and the man for cashiering only got me a regular one. he was also very rude and yelled at us and other customers

After not having an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, Woodfield Mall's locations (two, at least!) have shown me how good they can be.I always look forward to getting a pretzel whenever I visit Woodfield, as they're always hot and fresh; even though the associates contend with huge crowds, they always seem to process everyone quickly and efficiently. Definitely the best location I have visited.
