I recently visited your location and was charged over $8 for an egg and cheese croissant and a medium hot coffee with two Splenda. This is significantly more than the $6 and change I usually pay at other Dunkin’ locations in the area. I didn’t receive a receipt, which makes me wonder if I was overcharged on purpose or if this location has higher prices than others.

So I’ve been here 3 times and all 2 of the 3 times there were issues. First time I ordered a banana split and the girl had no idea what a banana split was. I got something in a banana split container, but it was not a banana split. The second order was today and I ordered a Jamoca shake and it doesn’t taste like coffee even a little bit. It tasted like chocolate and there’s remnants of what seems like chocolate chunks mixed in. Very disappointing.

SERVICE SO BAD I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD
I had ordered a cookie dough layered Sunday and one scoop of cookie dough ice cream. When I was delivered my order (through Uber eats), I was given a Sunday that was made halfway full. At first I thought my Uber delivery driver had eaten some of it, but it was untouched and only halfway full. For the one scoop of ice cream I have no words. It was if someone barely scrapped for a scoop of ice cream and put it in the smallest container. I understand I ordered a single scoop, but when you can eat it in two bites it obviously isn’t a full scoop. This is my first time EVER writing a Google review. I only felt it necessary because if I’m going to spend over $15 on ice cream, I’d like to receive the full portion of what I ordered. I received this order at 2AM on June 1st. I don’t know who is working there during that time making the orders, but it was absolutely terrible. I will be avoiding this location from here on out. 0/10 never gonna go again.

Absolutely terrible service. Being a jerk only makes the ridiculous pricing for small portions worse - and only two toppings available for ice cream? You're not hiding anything by not speaking English. It is obvious you are being unprofessional in front of customers.
