Closing employees are annoying. There was a guy and another lady. Lady seemed okay but the guy did not know what he’s doing. I ordered scoops in cones. They didn’t even bother to serve well, just gave separate cones and ice cream in a cup. Also no spoons available. How are we supposed to eatttt!!!!!!??? I would not prefer this location in future.

Always makes the coffee with cream and sugar perfectly!! Customer service is ok they get it done they are fast and efficient! clean place parking is ok too theres space close by in the mornings halloween donuts are cute!

Service was very rude. She kept looking at her watch and rolling her eyes while taking my order. Than she said she didn't have any more vanilla but there was enough for a small milkshake and her collegue gave it to another customer who came in after me. Horrible will never visit this location again. And the counters were ditty.

I got a double scoop of the Beach Day ice cream and there was NOT A SINGLE GRAHAM CRACKER CHUNK in the whole 2 thing. And Id checked the tub before she made it to be sure there were a lot in there (its literally the best part). So for there not to have been a single piece, I feel like she literally would have had to TRY to avoid every piece

What a great place! Wonderful, friendly staff. Amazing ice cream!!! Explains how they've been in business since 1912. Highly recommended for anyone visiting, worth the short wait in a long line. Staff served ice water while in line on the moderately hot day.
