Worst service ever received in any shop there was one lady and a man for service showing their bad manners to the customers . The time was 9.30 pm when we entered the shop and they were literally trying to through us out. They shut the doors while at least 5 customers trying to come in and they were denied the entry. Very bad bad bad experience don't want to go again . Letting down the reputation of the Frenchies.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the worst customer experience ever. We were there around 9:30pm on 5/27/25 to celebrate a graduation and the man behind the counter took our order very reluctantly and refused to even take part of our order saying that they are closing and it wasn’t even 9:40pm. Then he left us at the counter to quickly go lock the doors as he saw more cars approaching. As soon as we sat down after placing the order they closed most of the lights and very rudely asked us to leave because they had to close the register and can’t have ppl inside the store. This happed around 9:45pm and there were still 15mins left for closing. We were mindful to leave the store right before 10pm and both the employees rushed out the door right behind us, makes me wonder how they closed the register in 10seconds. Even the drinks were made poorly. I would never go back and recommend to pick another locations for anyone who wishes to have a good time.

Closing employees are annoying. There was a guy and another lady. Lady seemed okay but the guy did not know what he’s doing. I ordered scoops in cones. They didn’t even bother to serve well, just gave separate cones and ice cream in a cup. Also no spoons available. How are we supposed to eatttt!!!!!!??? I would not prefer this location in future.

Always makes the coffee with cream and sugar perfectly!! Customer service is ok they get it done they are fast and efficient! clean place parking is ok too theres space close by in the mornings halloween donuts are cute!
Ice cream is old and freezer burned. Dirty place. Employees seem annoyed. Won't go back!!

Than she said she didn't have any more vanilla but there was enough for a small milkshake and her collegue gave it to another customer who came in after me. Horrible will never visit this location again. And the counters were ditty.
