Amazing family owned German restaurant. It's also the only one I know of that offers a huge gluten free menu, from strudel to desserts. We make out way here from the city as often as we can.
Was almost driven away by the bad reviews but I was instead left very confused about all the 1 stars. People don't seem to understand good german food and realize how hard it must have been on this restaurant during Covid. I came Saturday night and there were only 2 other couples there. The reviews warned me of unfriendly staff but the staff was incredibly sweet if you had the decency to be polite to them. Food was extraordinary. Everything ordered was warm fresh homemade...
The owner is from Germany, and you can tell, she can cook.She is a little grouchy, but some Germans are like that, so don't be offended.The food is outstanding.I definitely will come back if I am in the area
