The vibe of the place is great and so is the customer service. But I think the food is pretty average. It doesn’t taste bad but it also doesn’t amazing. I think it’s a little over priced.

Stopped in for a late dinner, good service and we were attended quickly. We had the boneless wings since they were out of the whole chicken and bone in wings. We tried soy garlic & spicy galbi and they were tasty! They were both crispy and good flavors.Food was great, only complaint is the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. My girlfriend and I decided to take the food home since it was so warm inside.
I've been eating at bb.q for about the past year or so. I normally love them and order direct but this was my first time trying this location. I accidently ordered the whole chicken where as I normally order the wings. I would NOT recommend the whole chicken. I nearly choked on a bone that I didn't realize was there. The pieces are very random and there's a lot of smaller bones that you have to be careful about. I also noticed this batch wasn't as crispy as they normally are.

It took a very long time to seat us and take our order. There was only one other person in the restaurant. We had their lunch special.They were out of French fries.They offered us sweet potato fries or onion rings instead. It took quite some time to get our order. The food was hot and it was good. But the service is so poor.

Ordered online 3 seperate orders. 2 - 8pc wings of the same kind and one other 8 pcs. I'm halfway home after picking it up and notice I have 2 boxes. Called to complain because I ordered 3 items, I should receive 3 items (as these were orders for co-workers). I was told that's how they box an order of 16, but I didn't order an 16. I was then told I should have specified to seperate. Why should I when I ordered 3 individual items. 2 separate orders should not be combined into 1, just because it's the same. That's poor customer service to make it convenient for you, but not what the customer ordered. Then basically telling me how to order, when I know exactly what I ordered: 3 items, should have received 3 boxes.

Perfectly fried Korean chicken. The flavors were amazing. The pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly. Another Korean fried chicken restaurant we will be visiting again soon.
Can’t expect it to be same as the bbq chicken I had in Korea but it was still good. I had this chicken from other location but Schaumburg one is

The server made quite a few mistakes on our order and it wasn't handled very well. I was very annoyed but the owner of the restaurant did everything to help and even gave us a coupon for next time, as a means of apology. I appreciate the owner's willingness to help and chicken and wings are tasty as always. Thank you.

The double fried chicken from bb.q made me want to quit my job and move back to Illinois! Bring a bb.q to Wisconsin preferably near Milwaukee or Glendale or West Bend.
Boneless wings are frozen nugget quality at this location.Have had much better quality at other bb.q chickens, this place must have bad management.

I came here for the first time last week and tried the lunch special. It comes with wings, fries and a can of soda for around $13 I believe.The honey garlic wings were absolutely delicious. I would probably give them a 9/10 rating. The flavor was spot on and the wings were cooked to perfection. The cheesling flavor was OK. It's definitely sweet cheese, I don't think I would get those again. My fiancé did not really like them. I would give those a 6.5/10My only complaint would be there was a lot of bugs crawling in the windows. They were like black bugs with red on the back. I don't know what they were, but there was quite a few of them where we were sitting. Also, our waiter was kind of nonexistent most of the time we were there.

While the chicken was moist and crispy , I just felt the flavors just weren't that great.... They were tasting like one trick ponies.... Although the cheese ones were yummy and definitely different and worth getting. I also thought the prices were $$$ for wings- $13-14 for 8 wings is pretty steep, plus 1.50 for rice plus charge for more sauce so it's not a reasonable night out.

Have tried multiple things but always go back to the secret spicy and cheesling which is amazing! Not having fountain drinks is the only downfall but the water is good so that kind of makes up for it! Otherwise the chicken is top notch and always juicy.
