We arrived a bit early while waiting for our friends and table, so we grabbed drinks at the bar. I ordered the “Perfectly Piña Colada” (or something close 😄) and it was delicious. We were seated right on time. The table toward the back near the window was pretty cold for the first 10–15 minutes, but once the fans were turned off and the grill got going, everything warmed up quickly. From that point on, it was exactly what you want from a Benihana experience and more. The chef's show was fun, the atmosphere was lively, and the food had that signature hibachi flavor you just can't recreate at home or with store-bought options. Our friends were first-timers and left with nothing but great things to say and big smiles. We'd absolutely go back.
Great time with family. The server was lovely and very helpful. Our Teppanyaki chef did a great job and entertained the kids. Food was great
was 8 family members for my daughter's 42 birthday. like there was a kids menu. waitress was very nice and efficient. our chef was great! very skilled and we all enjoyed his show. good very good. prices were very high. was $500 for 8 of us with 1 glass of wine only thst was quite reasonable. they took a group picture of us and gave us a couple copies which was nice to mark the occasion. everyone had a great time.
We were seated in a small room not the main dining room. It was very crowded. I prefer the main dining room . The restaurant was very busy so I guess that was why.
Rice was dry. Terriyaki sauce not that good. No golden sauce for shrimp. Steak was good. Fantastic drink menu!
We met nice people at the establishment and service was fair. The food was not flavorful and overall food and show did not meet expectations.
Our experience was just okay. This was for a birthday celebration and our chef “Carlos” was not very entertaining. He honestly seemed tired, and just went through the motions without engaging with our group. The food was overcooked and I could barely eat my chicken because it was so dry. We will not return anytime soon. For the price, we will go somewhere else.
As expected, the atmosphere was pleasant. The chegs were entertaining and very skilled. The food was prepared just right without overpowering flavors. The sushi was some of the freshest I've tasted.
Service was extremely bad, our cook Diago was extremely rude and he literally threw our food at us, once he finished cooking he said thank you come again to the white people sitting with us and completely ignored us, not even a simple thank you. We visited the restaurant because our kids really wanted to go there, but I guess I would have to find another location for next time. The cook has a huge attitude problem and he seemed not interested in cooking for us at all.
Food was excellent and our Chef Abram was super. Very entertaining, thoughtful, best effort to please everyone at our cooking station and polite. Excellent cook. I would ask for him again.

Decent food. Nice service, clean environment organization. Went with the family and some of my daughter's friends. Very nice staff, I would go back for another run.
Food was very good. Portions were ok and prices were a bit excessive. Service was very good. Perfect for a group of 7 to celebrate a Birthday!
If you have been to Benihana then you know what to expect. The Schaumburg, IL. location of the locations we have visited is our favorite. The hibachi is always good, I prefer the Yakisoba Shrimp, and Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice. Drinks are always on point. The overall experience is good.
My family of 10+ go every year for Xmas - Fun, Food is always great, Atmosphere is Cherry for the Holiday
Way too expensive for the food quality. I get you're paying for the experience but it was out of hand. We won't be back.
