The food is very good, very tasty and healthy for the most part. The menu is unnecessarily complicated with restrictions on how many choices you can make for each component of your bowl, and it's a constant battle trying to figure out if something belongs to one bucket or another and how many choices I am allowed out of that bucket, etc. And the practically floor to ceiling glass separators make talking with the food preparers in the other side practically impossible. Quite a bad ordering experience partially offset by the high quality of the food I did manage to order.

So so good, healthy and nutritious. For my gluten friendly family it’s perfect for us and also doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. We also spilled all our food off a tray (kids…) and they didn’t charge us to replace. We will be back!
I am a highly symptomatic Celiac and any time we can go to a BIBIBOP it is a mandatory stop! Food is Great and I never have to worry!
