Big Bowl Schaumburg

This was my first time but my family has been there before. It was a great experience. Plenty of variety of food options. Our server was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Food was excellent. Will definitely return.

Outstanding server !! Explained the menu to all of us as several of us had never been there before. The 4 of us made different choices off the lunch menu. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly!

Amazing food but rude server. This is not the first time we found the server to be rude here. Not sure what's their problem

Disappointing. Was expecting higher quality Asian cuisine. Orange chicken had a bland taste. No kick or punch. Too crowded and too long of a wait time.

Lively atmosphere. Definitely prepare for tight seating (tables kind of squished near each other). We had a booth, which was appreciated. Our server was pleasant, but not overly attentive. It took her awhile to even stop by once we were seated, and when she came by to say hello and take a drink order, we were already ready to order all of our food. Potstickers were a little dry tonight as we always order these because we love them. Food was tasty as usual but beware of hotness level as you can be taken by surprise! Wish they carried root beer - even bottled would be nice!

As always, a great meal, good wine choices. All the veggies are wonderful and the sauces excellent....and they let you mix the sauces for their excellent stir fry!

Food was excellent. Server was great, very kind and attentive. I forgot this restaurant was located where it was. We will definitely be going back more frequently

Sat in 3 person table pushed into a corner near the bar. Wait staff and guests kept running into me and my chair due to the configuration of the tables. Table was very small for 3. Food was good. Salmon was overcooked.

Went to this place years ago, it was good and prices were reasonable, I just looked at their menu and we started to laugh. Truly a "Crook County" rip off and don't forget the Schaumburg Tax" These restaurants need to stop with the greed . We decided to skip it and go to more reasonable restaurant in Dupage County.

Listen, the food is truly good! They manage to put a caramelized crust, on a head of Broccoli! Honestly who dose that? Some of the best food I've had, and some of the worst for proper gut digestion. Maybe it was the spices that didn't agree with me. That said DAMN, my taste sure did! I don't want to knock them, passed the taste and smell test! Just take Tums preemptively, then you can enjoy all your night!

I had high expectations from this place and it fell so low i don't think we'll go back. Our server was the highlight. He was polite and very understanding when I had to send back my rootbeer pomegranate drink. it was like sugar water, so sweet it was not a pleasant drink. Then we ordered the chicken and peanut egg rolls, I don't remember having these before, it was like having a spicy peanut butter roll, I can still taste the peanuts, it's not a flavor I was again. The firecracker chicken was the worst, who put these flavors together, fried cauliflower, fried chicken, fried chili peppers, in a creamy curry sauce. Not appetizing at all. Had to send it back! Finally ordered the Kung pau chicken to go, will eat it tomorrow. The chocolate molten cake with chocolate ice cream for my husband's birthday was the one item we ate with full gusto! Thank goodness for great service, but we'll not be going back for the food.
Finally ate the Kung pau chicken, wth was that! I have NEVER had Kung pau chicken like that, chicken work green beans and spinach?!@ The most disgusting flavor combination i have ever had. Sorry if you like that flavor combination, you are rare. The manager did call me and offered a gift card. I'm afraid of ordering anything from there.
