Overcooked my pizza and my mexican Fanta was flat. The cook didn't even look up and walked away from post while my pizza was in. Only person who was engaging was the one who took my order.

Better off getting tortillas, cheap marinara and cheap cheese. Pizza was gross, expensive and I asked for one piece of garlic to which the owner said it’d be charged as a full topping. The kid put minimal cheese and I asked for normal amount, their response was they’d charge extra for cheese. I mean for a cheap stingy company I wouldn’t want to support them. You’re better off going to McDonald’s and asking for ketchup and American sliced cheese melted on a bun. Owner was rude as hell too. Never going back.

Just reading the rude comments makes me sick to my stomach. I come here frequently because it’s the only pizza that doesn’t bother my 96 year old grandma. She loves it here and she loves the staff they are always patient and very nice to her. Trust me my grandma can be picky. Not once have they been rude to her. I can say different for some customers I’ve been in line while customers are just shouting at these kids. I will continue to come here thanks guys

We literally got to the spot at 7:30 and no one was there to greet us, 3 minutes later two guys come out and said that they are closed. Why Are you closed 30 minutes before mall closes?? Ridiculous!!

I went to go shopping on Tuesday afternoon with my friend. We got the carnivore pizza and it was divine. We were served by Joe (I think, his name was on his name tag) He very casually curated our pizza and made sure it was perfect for us to eat. I would recommend this location!

I come very often. To the point the whole staff already know my name without even having to ask. Fast, polite staff.
There was a small line of people in front of me & behind me so when I got to order the guy was rushing me. He was very short spoken with me, wanted to know the toppings I wanted so he could write it on the paper when I hadn’t even seen everything they had to offer yet. I didn’t realize build your own pizza was only $2 more than a 2 toppings pizza, given he didn’t give me any explanation even though I was confused. Attitude from everyone working. They were nice to each other and rude to customers. At the end you get to pick a finishing sauce, lady boxed my pizza, yelled my name and I had to ask her to open the box back up to put sauce on it. Have you ever been to MOD pizza? Very similar to blaze but better customer service, better tasting pizza & great attitude from employees.

Bad customer service. The staff has a terrible attitude and look like they want to kill themselves. Didn't answer any of my questions as I've never been to blaze before and we're ignoring customers waiting to be helped.
