Took part in their Pi day special and ordered a their Red Vine 11” pizza and the pesto garlic cheesy bread. It was a little busy for a week night but the long line moved fairly quickly. I brought home my food and it was all pizza and cheesy bread goodness.

I came on Pi day for their 3.14 special. They were prepared for the surge in business. While the line was long, it moved quickly and efficiently. I asked for gluten free crust, and they were so kind about changing gloves to avoid cross contamination, even though I don't have a true allergy. I thought it showed good training on their parts to be sensitive to various dietary needs. Thank you, Blaze Pizza, for working quickly and efficiently on a busy day!

Crust was spot on. Very crowded but everything was tasty. Kind of an unusual setup but pizza was done pretty fast. Again, great thin crust.

I can confirm the location on google is not accurate! It's in the mall food court. Enter by the PF Changs and it's a straight shot in. Great pizza and great value. Will definitely be back.

My experience here was fantastic! Samara and Kush were a delight to interact with. I know the pace at the mall, yet both were able to match my pace and have a conversation. The food was superb. I got the veggie delight and it was MUCH better than delightful. I highly recommend this place if you are spending your day at Woodfield EAT at BLAZE!

The person in the picture has two earrings and is very careless. After waiting for 20 minutes, he gave my pizza to someone else. and he didn't apologize like he didn't care at all. Even though he made a mistake, he said that I should stand in line again and choose my pizza myself. Should he have realized his mistake and made my pizza first? He is very careless, please pay attention to this, he talks on the phone and greets many of his friends while doing his job, he needs to focus on his work. He is harming your company, fire him immediately
The worst $40 I spent in my life. Im sorry for the staff working here. This is not a pizza. Spend your money on real pizza.

Terrible customer service. On top of that, they charged $2.60 for water from the fountain. They didn't inform us that water wasn't free and would not refund us for the 2 fountain waters we requested with our meals. Very rude workers.

As someone who is not from the area, I was really lost trying to find this place. I edited the map location, so hopefully by the time you read this it will be updated. Essentially, Blaze is in the Woodfield Mall Dining Pavillion. The reviews had me a bit worried, but I had absolutely no issues whatsoever. It is the same quality and service as the Blaze Pizza in my hometown. I ordered around 4 PM. I got my pizza just before 4:15 PM. The staff were quick to take my order and were attentive to myself and the other customers. The food itself was very good. My pizza wasn't under or overcooked. The lemonade was sweet and tasty. It was everything I hoped for. I'm not a fan of the loud mall food court, but the food and service were great. I'd return, and I'd recommend others to try it out.

customer service was terrible, all the workers look miserable. The man serving me was rude and inconsiderate, didn't even ask me what toppings I wanted at the end. Also, forgot my drink, and put flour on my friends gluten-free pizza.
