This was our first time ever visiting Bonefish Grill on roselle and wow… what an experience. A HUGE reason for that was our waitress, Dorene. From the moment she came to our table, she was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive.
She didn’t just take our order — she asked us a few questions about what we like, really listened, and somehow nailed it. Every recommendation was spot-on. Even the Old Fashioned she ordered on my behalf was INSANE — easily one of the best I’ve had.
Now, let me be real for a second: my wife is the hardest person in the world to order for 😅. Dorene absolutely knocked it out of the park. My wife was blown away by how perfect everything was, and that alone deserves an award.
Dorene is hands-down one of the sweetest people we’ve ever been served by. We came in feeling like a solid 6 kind of night, and she completely flipped the script and turned it into a 9. That’s not easy to do.
We will 100% be coming back — and honestly, we’ll be asking for Dorene specifically. She made our night, our meal, and our first Bonefish experience unforgettable. ❤️

We had a great waiter and the food was good except for my wife's fish and chips. The batter was too thick and kind of raw on the inside. The fish inside cooked fine but we had to remove the batter and she just ate the fish. Overall was very good

Bang bang shrimp and calamari appetizers were a big hit! All 6 of us were very pleased with our dinners. Service was superb as was the atmosphere.

We are long time patrons of Bonefish. It is an hour's drive for us and it is always worth the drive. Every year we buy gift cards and who do we give them to? Ourselves of course!!!

Kitchen was a bit slower than usual. It took about 30 minutes to receive our food. I had the Bourbon glazed salmon which came with red potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was excellent, but a few of my potatoes were too firm. My husband enjoyed his Mahi Mahi.
My wife and I had an enjoyable evening by ordering the 2 for $45.00 dinner. It comes with two salads or soups, four different proteins and two sides. The salads were good with the lemon dressing. The proteins were cooked to order. Unfortunately I seem to have problems with getting low sodium items even though I asked for no salt. The sides we ordered were just okay. Not the same au Gratins as before, It seemed like cooked dices of potatoes covered with some type of cheese heated in a broiler. The Mac and Cheese needed more cheese, and the bacon dots was disappointing. I would have rather had the bacon bits. Our server was friendly and took care of us. I would go back.

we had a great time the food was excellent. drinks great too! Will definitely go back soon. The only down side was the greeter st the podium. She was a young lady that needs to go to hostess school. not welcoming. not friendly never smiled or said a word.

Food and service were excellent but the noise level was loud. My husband had to remove his hearing aids because it was so loud. When I made the reservation I requested a quieter area.

Best of all was the fish- swordfish and mahi mahi- both cooked perfectly. Our server, Joanna was knowledgable and attentive.
