Now:alot of empty containers in the counter. Choices on boards are not clear. Poor presentations. My error in ordering garlic and parmesan chicken....I thought it was the original as I didn't see any original listed. My choice was not what I was expecting....not really good. Whole place looks sad. I miss that lively woman who was always there. Probably last time for me.Lasy year:Lovely staff. Great food choices. Always a pleasure.

Walked in at 7:30. The place smelled of toilet cleaner and the options on the steam table were: Corn, Mac and cheese soup(I’ll elaborate), mashed potatoes, gravy. We hesitated even ordering, but reluctantly continued, like fools. We’ve eaten Boston market many times, this time was deplorable. The Mac and cheese was Luke warm and the cheese sauce was so watered down it was like eating warm macaroni and cheese cereal. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. My chicken was hot on the outside and room temp toward the middle(no chickens were on the roasters when we walked in) my sons meatloaf looked as though it sat under the Sahara desert sun for 3 days. All in all, disgusting and I won’t come back. I expect this location to fail shortly under current management. Don’t come here. Seriously.

Placed an order on THEIR app last Sunday. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up only to be told when I got there that it’s a seasonal item and not available. Understandable but why is it on their app and website and why did no one call me to tell me my order wasn’t available?!? Was told corporate had to issue my refund and it would be refunded within 24 hours. Corporate apparently doesn’t exist or care. Emails unanswered and no phone number to call. The restaurant won’t answer the phone either.

I am not sure if I came in too early but they where out of majority of the sides. Only thing that was available was corn, mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli. They only had chicken and ribs available. Seems like they are going out of business soon.

What is with this place? There’s a handwritten sign saying prices will be different than advertised on the menu. Meatloaf listed at 10.99. They say is now 13.99. And 1.00 extra if you want sweet potatoes. Had to go back and ask for Sauce as they just threw dry meatloaf in the container. And no bread. Worst experience at a Boston market ever. Corporate needs to shut this one down. Just terrible. And shady.

I mostly stopped coming here since online ordering doesn’t work. However today I decided I’ll just go in and order. They have a very limited selection, menus inside restaurant all say “sold out”. Waste of time coming here. I think they will close this place soon. This is so sad, I used to love Boston Market. This place has so much potential, the owners should be ashamed of ruining a once great place. Online ordering and lack of selection will be the death of this place. RIP Schaumburg Boston Market.

Stopped by to use a T-mobile Tuesday offer. It has been quite some years since I've had Boston Market. Tried the Peri Peri half chicken meal. The chicken is moist and cooked great, just like I remember. And the Peri Peri sauce they poured over was pretty good. Unfortunately, the sides - mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese - were left uneaten after one bite of each.Worth going back for the chicken only, but with a coupon.
So a friend and I went here end of June , it was my first time. It was dead but started picking up before we were about to leave. I got the chicken pot pie which was really good, he got the Mac and cheese. He said it's hit or miss w the mac but it was miss that day as it was kinda runny and watery. But all in all the staff was nice and the food was decent. I'd go again. Def a good quality place to eat.

Been here MANY TIMES, never seen anything like this! Empty coolers, no soda, all signs off(including OPEN) employee could not care less, and it shows. Silverware too weak to work on the chicken, Mac and cheese was so tore up....

Unimpressed. Stopped in to try a meatloaf sandwich and Mac and cheese which were my regular thing at another location years ago. I expect the chain will no longer exist before I feel like trying it again based on this visit. The sandwich was okayish maybe? Not so bad that I didn't eat it but I'd certainly never get another. Most notable the meatloaf had no real texture and flavorwise it just kind of existed - not good, not unpleasant, just present. The mac and cheese was also pretty poor - some kind of large rotini that wasn't really holding together that well and a cheese sauce. Again it wasn't bad per se but it certainly wasn't good. I'd call it a step or two below the packaged Mac and cheese you'll find in the refrigerated area of the grocery store, and a whole lot more expensive.There are better ways in the area to spend $15+ on a basic meal. I recommend looking for them instead.

My quarter of dark meat looked like it came from a cornish hen. Soup was excellent and very hardy.
