It seems that we made an order and received food that was not cooked from the heart. The meat tasted dry. This hair on the chicken is just awful. I doubt I'll come here again.

Place was clean Staff was VERY slow! We sat there for 10 minutes before they asked us what we wanted to drink. It took a long time for our food to arrive and there was hardly any ppl there, so they weren't that busy

Another amazing buffalo wild wings locations. Very friendly staff food is always amazing. Just avoid busy dinner hours because this restaurant can get packed fast. I highly recommend this buffalo wild wings location

Constantly forget things in my order, even when I call to double check. Claim that they check each bag with a signature but my food is almost always wrong so I doubt it.
I placed an online order expecting fresh, appetizing food, but what I received was far from it. The presentation was unappealing, and the food looked downright disgusting. It’s unacceptable to send something like this to a paying customer. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.
Everytime we order for pick up these idiots never get the damn order right, 5th time and LAST TIME. WHY do they think we want to drive back there ? I'm 8 months pregnant just give me a refund on the damn food. I would not suggest this place

This used to be a very well run location. Now it is the pits. Slow service, inattentive staff, average food, and high prices. Many uncleaned tables for long periods of time. Bathrooms were like a dirty truck stop in terms of smell and trash on the floor. An utter embarrassment to the Bdubs chain.

Stopped in at about 3:30pm on Sun, Nov 3. Crowded, but we expected that. Didn't expect to wait 10 min to be seated. Should have known how this was going to be. Seated OK, asked server to turn Lions game so we could see it. No problem. Gave our drink order and food order (sandwich, wings, tots...simple). Drinks came right away. Should say our server, Alyssa, was handling a table of maybe 12, in addition to her maybe 4-5 other tables (and we could see they all had separate checks). She was swamped. So, of course, our wings came out in about 25 min and no sandwich or tots. Had to ask other server....not sure if he helped but sandwich/tots came out about 15 min later...like 40 min after ordering. Sandwich lukewarm, tots completely cold. Of course they were. Finally saw a manager, asked her for help. She had tots remade, took wings off our order. Our server checked maybe twice after that, but the damage was done. She was SO tied up with that big table and no one was helping her so all of her other tables got ignored. I imagine they were short-staffed. Every place is nowadays, but I should have seen the signs when we first came in and gone somewhere else. Overall, just a long, tedious experience that we didn't enjoy at all. Oh well.
